Exceptional location near the center, shops, restaurants, golf courses, etc. Its location allows you to do everything on foot. Very enjoyable location for over-winter

This was our first visit to the south of Spain, the idea being to spend a few weeks away from the cold and rain. It did the job nicely and although chilly in the evenings, when the sun shone it was a great place to spend time and make trips off to really interesting sights such as Seville, Ronda and Granada. The partment itself was clean and tidy, with great views from both the balcony and top terrace, although not quite warm enough this time of year to fully enjoy (balcony not facing into the sun). Easy walk into town / markets / seafront promenade after the short but sharp hill that in turn provided the views. Recommended.

Pleasant place to stay

Well, thank you very much again for staying in your penthouse.

My daughter and me felt comfortable in your rooms right after Cathy opened

us the door. We appreciated having the kitchen well equipped for preparing

all kinds of food we like. It was all much above the standard we are used to

abroad.

Topappartement met prachtig uitzicht

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het is een mooi en schoon appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien (zelfs veel tv-zenders). In de keuken is alles aanwezig wat je maar nodig hebt. De twee terrassen zijn heerlijk en het uitzicht is geweldig. Supermarkt is dichtbij evenals de haven met veel terrasjes (je moet wel een helling af). Parkeren kan in de garage of in de buurt.

Rigtig god, velbeliggende og rummelig lejlighed

Vi boede I lejligheden I 15 dage og nød hver eneste dag.

Vi havde enkelte regnvejrsdage og her var det godt med god plads og for alt I verden et godt varmeanlæg.

Der var lletiders udsigt over byen og havet både fra terrasserne og fra stuen.

lejligheden var ren og velmøbleret og det var rigtig godt at køkkenet også rummede alt det nødvendige udstyr.

Fra byen var adgangsvejen meget stejl, men det var jo I sidste ende det der gave den god udsigt.

Vi kommer gerne igen og kan kun anbefale lejlighedn på det varmeste.

Prachtig penthouse met schitterend uitzicht op de

Van 20 april tot 4 mei 2016 verbleven wij in het prachtige penthouse met schitterend uitzicht op de stad en haven van Estepona.

We waren blij verrast om te zien dat het penthouse er zo geweldig uitzag. Het was super schoon, de woonkamer was modern en strak ingericht met een deur naar het balkon, tv met veel kanalen waaronder Nederlandse zender.

De keuken voorzien van alle mogelijke apparatuur, zoals vaatwasser, sapcentrifuge, broodrooster, oven, magnetron en zelfs een staafmixer ontbrak niet.

Een wasmachine en droger voor af en toe een wasje te draaien.

De drie slaapkamers en een grote badkamer zagen er ook prima uit. Tevens was er nog een 2e toilet en douche.

Het strand en de haven met z'n vele lekkere en leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Het prachtige centrum van Estepona met zijn vele pleintjes en smalle straatjes is op 15/20 minuten aan te lopen.

Met de auto naar Malaga, Ronda, Gibraltar en zoveel meer is een aanrader.

Het achterland is ook schitterend met zijn bergen en valleien.

Wij hebben door dit alles, maar zeker ook door de fijne ontvangst en het perfecte penthouse een geweldige vakantie gehad.

Een dikke aanrader!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
