All sports activities are catered for and our agents will take care of suggestions and advice.

Mini train - this takes you to the Old Town/ Beach in 1 stop from the Apartment. No long walks and it arrives right beside the Escallators that deposit you onto the beach, and back up. Who said Albufeira was hilly? Not any more. The Day ticket allows you to ride on it as often as you like - so go down to the beach in the mornings, back for dressing up, down for nightlife until 03.00 hrs. when the train stops.

Theme Parks abound. See our Agent or visit the nearby Tourist Office.

Walks, Nature, Safaris: Walking in the Algarve is a beautiful experience, along Coastlines particularly but also inland. Tourist offices all over the Algarve have maps and suggestions.

You can also book 4 wheel drive safari day trips into the Cork forests, small farms for lunch, local craft centres and many things which would remain hidden from the casual tourist.

Bird life is rich and varied and there are large numbers of areas where you can see great concentrations.

Superb apartment, excellent location

We have visited albufeira many times as a family and have stayed in hotels, s/c accommodation and privately owned rental, we were aware of this complex and it was the first time we have stayed there, firstly the booking through the agent was easy and informative and on arrival, we were met by Marta and given a guided tour. The apartment is absolutely stunning, superbly maintained and fully equipped! Simply faultless! The pool was always clean and the gardens well maintained. It is more than fair to say the whole week was a very, very pleasurable experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!!

A final, special mention must go to Marta, the in-resort accommodation, who we had to call upon in the early hours one night, over and above the call of duty!! Thank you.

great vacation

everything was fine, great appartment with first class furniture. organisation with marta and jose was perfect, now the not so good items: because its a british enclave in this compound, there was only on german chanel in TV. but we would hire that appartment again

Luxury appartments!!

Stayed here for 10 nights with my husband & two children.Appartment was very comfortable ,spacious, spotless clean& very well equiped.We were about a 10 minute(max) walk to the strip, had a supermarket a restaurant & bar a few minutes away.We are booking again for next year and so are other family members who came to see us while on holiday they too thought it was lovely.We booked our transfers to and from the airport through the agent at a reasonable price the driver was waiting for us when we arrived so no hanging about airport waiting for coaches!!Just loved it dont think i would stay any were else after being here!!

100% Superb - Highly recommended!!

We stayed in 41 (2d) - This huge 2 bed 2nd floor apartment is fantastic for both couples and families (we came last year without the kids and this year with - both times were super chilled and relaxing so don't worry about it being too quiet or too noisy). We preferred the 2nd floor as it gives great views and is also a bit more private than the ground floor.

Aircon, wifi, digital tv (no BBC/ITV but many English speaking channels such as Sky News/VH1/MTV/Disney), DVD player, full kitchen facilities, bedding, towels - the lot. Home from home with sun to the front in the morning and to the rear in the evening.

Its spotlessly clean, open, and spacious. Main bedroom has private balcony and large bathroom, 2nd bedroom gets use of the main bathroom so no fighting when getting ready to go out at night!!

It also directly overlooks the pools (12" kids splash pool and 5 foot deep main pool) but quiet enough to relax in. We could let the kids make friends and play in the pool yet keep an eye from the main balcony plus security is very high as public access to the pool areas is restricted to residents only.

The complex itself is ideal, 10 minutes walk from the New Town strip (great for families up until maybe 11pm, even better for grown ups until 4-5am!!), all local amenities within walking distance. Taxi to Old Town is around 4 euros (superb array bars and restaurants but can get VERY busy in the evening). Small shop at the complex entrance, 2 supermarkets 10-15 minute walk away.

We're well travelled and can be quite fussy, but we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and not hesitate in returning.

Last word is about the owner. Superb to deal with and returned all emails within the day - mostly within an hour. Excellent communications and nothing too much trouble. On arrival we were met on the dot at the front door by a lovely guy who runs the Clubhouse who couldn't do enough for us - on departure we simply left the keys on the table and shut the door. Easy as that!!

The 'Strip', Tourist mini train, restaurants, bars, night clubs, taxi rank are all within a 2 minute walk of the Apartment.

The Old Town & its beach is only a 1 stop mini train ride away, with escallators onto beach, great for kids and parents.

Albufeira is centred in the middle of the 'Algarve' so all Coastal towns and tourist resorts are within an hours drive on the Coastal motorway. This motorway and roads to Villamoura/ Vale de Lobo for all the major Golf Courses are accessed from the 'Globe Roundabout' beside Corcovada complex.

The largest shopping centre on the Algarve, close to Guia, is a 10 minute drive.

Cape St Vincent, west Coast surfing, Lagos, & other historical towns, the natural Parks of western Algarve are all easily accessed.

The east coast, Tavira, Cabanas, beautiful islands and beaches of the Ria Formosa, & Seville, Spain are all easily accessed as well ( Border is 1 hour drive).

For the real Algarve inland - Monchique, Alte,Silves, etc are easily accessed.

Other Activities: Excellent surfing on west coast, under 1hr on motorway.

Golf: This property lies close to the main road into Villamoura & Vale de Lobo, which allows you to access all the great courses of the Central Algarve. But no course on the Algarve is more than 1 hours drive because of Albufeiras geographical central position to the whole Algarve region. So it is an ideal location for Golfers.
