The Studio is a luxurious self-catering, self-contained apartment.

The Studio offers accommodation for 2 people (plus baby on request). It is completely self-contained and offers a mezzanine bedroom with living area, tv/dvd player, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath & over-head shower.

The Studio is located in the quiet outskirts of St Austell and is set in grounds which offer views over St Austell Bay. The Studio has it's own private patio, off-street parking with secure gates and use of communal gardens.

The Studio is located within 2 miles of The Eden Project and is within a short drive of Charlestown harbour, Porthpean beach, Carlyon Bay, Fowey, Padstow, Heligan, and Mevagissey. It is a fantastic base from which to explore Cornwall and is located off the beaten track so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the buzz of holiday-makers during the summer.

There is everything you need for either a quiet holiday away from it all, or for a busy schedule visiting the countless attractions nearby; namely The Eden Project (2min drive), Charlestown harbour (5mins drive), Porthpean beach & golf club (5 mins drive), Pentewan Sands, Fowey, Mevagissey & Heligan Gardens (15mins drive), Padstow, & Newquay (20 mins drive), Tintagel Castle & St Mawes (25min drive).

Relaxing break

Very accurate description of property. The owner could not have been more helpful and gave detailed information. The property is clean, well presented, well maintained and private which is exactly what we needed. Also only a short drive from the Eden Project. Major supermarkets also a short drive away. Wifi available but a bit erratic. Would definitely recommend.

Die Wohnung war schön ausgestattet, aber total schimmelig

Durch die Kunststofffenster und nur zu öffnende Haustür u. 1 Fenster auf der Wetterseite ist wohl kein ausreichender Luftaustausch möglich. Die Fensterseite und auch die Wand hinter dem Sofa waren total befallen. Wir hatten beide massive Atem- und Schlafprobleme, Konnten aber aus Kostengründen nichts Anderes suchen.... es war Horror. Wir waren viel unterwegs, aber die Nächte waren echt gesundheitsschädigend..... wie man guten Gewissens so was vermieten kann, verstehen wir nicht. Gehört verboten.....ich hab Bilder davon gemacht... glaubt einem ja sonst keiner....

Owner's Response: I’m sorry you were not happy in The Studio. There has been a roof leak which has caused some damp on the upper window, but we have a roofing contractor booked to address this issue.

The Studio is located on the outskirts of St Austell with all the tranquillity of the Cornish countryside, sea views and yet all local amenities on the doorstep. St Austell has a new cinema complex, shops and supermarkets. The Eden Project is on the doorstep, Heligan Gardens and Trewithen are within a 15 min drive and Truro Cathedral and City are within a 20 min drive. Fowey, Padstow and Polperro are also within a 20 min drive.
