The family has lived in Austin since 2000 and loved every minute of it. With one child in elementary school, one in middle school, and one in high school, they spend their time enjoying their 3 children's many many sporting events & the entertainment Austin has to offer year-round.

WHY THIS PROPERTY

The neighborhood is located off Bee Caves Road and 360/Capital of Texas Hwy. We are 2 minutes from the grocery store and quick meals (Lupe Tortilla, Hat Creek Hamburgers, Chik-Fil-A, PTerry's, Sushi, TacoDeli). Located just 8-10 minutes from downtown, yet we feel like we've pull into our private retreat every time we come home.

Great golf house

Stayed at this home twice now for a golf weekend with friends. There were 8 guys in the group and we had plenty of room. The house is perfect for our needs. Conveniently located to plenty of great golf courses and not very far from the city. The pool is great after a hot day on the course. The neighborhood is quiet and we have never seen the neighbors. So very private. The only drawback was one of the upstairs bedrooms was hot. They had an extra fan in the room but it didn’t help much. Other than that i would highly recommend this place.

Great for a girls trip!

The house was great- each room has its own bathroom which made it easy for 8 women to get ready to go out! The outdoor space was wonderful and the amenities in the house were plentiful- tons of bath towels, glasses, plates, etc. There isn't great cell service in the house but when you are on vacation, who needs a phone?

Wonderful Home

This house was perfect for our trip to Austin! We had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool and large yard. The kitchen was well stocked, so we were able to cook easily. The house was very clean and comfortable; we loved the open kitchen and dining room. We couldn't have been happier with our rental; it wasn't too far from downtown, so rides were very reasonable. I would highly recommend staying here for a fun get away.

You cannot go wrong with this beautiful home, it is a perfect getaway to relax and have fun with no worries. The owners provide everything you need and there is plenty of room inside and outside to hangout. We loved the location it is in a very pretty area; lots of hills, garden vibes and water. Loved everything about this house.
