A superb quiet one bedroom lower ground floor apartment with natural light that looks onto a well kept court-yard garden. Facilities include a fully fitted bathroom (recently refurbished) and kitchen including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing/dryer machine and separate living area with sofa bed, free WiFi internet access, TV/DVD, Hi Fi/CD/iPod Player and dining table. The apartment is ideally situated for Olympia Exhibition Centre, as well as the District and Piccadilly Tube Lines (with its all night weekend service), Kensington Olympia rail station and local bus services to all of London's many attractions and the West End only 15 minutes away. As well as the night bus service from Heathrow to Trafalgar Square.

Also nearby is the Westfield Shopping Centre.

Notes: There are six steps down to the front door of the apartment.

Our apartment is in a quiet tree lined street in West Kensington and is surprisingly quiet considering its location. It is ideal for visiting all of the London sites which are only 15 minutes away by the underground/metro system.

Wonderful Holiday

We stayed at the flat and were very impressed! It was exactly as listed and central to everything, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Right from the get go Ian and John were great at answering all my questions (I asked a lot and they never complained!) they supplied lots of extra info on pubs, restaurants etc.

We arrived about an hour before we said we would...7am on a Saturday morning and even though we woke them we were greeted and shown our flat.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in London, would recommend to anyone for it's location, comfort and great landlords, don't hesitate to rent this flat.

Outstanding hospitality

My son and I stayed at the flat twice this summer and were very happy with both the quality of the apartment and the extraordinary hospitality of John and Ian. The flat is very close to the Baron's Court tube station, well stocked with everything we needed, clean and extremely comfortable. There is a delicious Turkish restaurant and grocery just a couple of blocks away. John and Ian made us very comfortable and even lent us a cell phone charger when we were out of juice. I feel like I have family in London now.

Great, Comfortable London Apartment near Hammersmith

We stayed 4 nights in this wonderful apartment in July. Ian and John were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood near Hammersmith, and a short walk to the Baron's Court tube station. Ian gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and how to get around town. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and cozy! We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to London!! Thanks Ian and John!

Perfect for us!

This apartment is very well located for arrivals from Heathrow. It was perfect for the short 4 day stay we had in London. It is in a character street which was not noisy or too busy, but as the tube station is close by it was easy to get around. The apartment was very quiet, comfortable and practical. We appreciated the personable approach of the owners and will definitely consider staying again if the chance to visit London comes up again. Gary

A Perfect Spot to See London

Our visit to London was made all the more comfortable by staying at Ian and John's apartment. We were greeted upon arrival with ease, and recommendations for local food and shopping were spot-on for us. We enjoyed ease of access to bus routes and tube stops to explore the city. We took advantage of the quiet getaway to take a break after early mornings out and about -- and then getting back out into the nighttime action was easy. We loved exploring the neighborhood, and excellent local restaurants added to the charm of the community. We had a fantastic visit!
