Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-7)

Single story beautiful town home. Sleeps 6-7 people. Full kitchen, wrap around patio, floral courtyard. Enjoy a nice cold drink and soak in the La Sal Mountains or Moab Rim Sunsets from the courtyard. Store your toys in a 2 car garage and enjoy a nice swim or soak in the pool and hot tub.

Master bedroom features a relaxing atmosphere with a queen bed and private bathroom.

Guest bedroom features a large space with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Screened changing area provided. A full bathroom is just off the bedroom in the hall.

Kitchen and living areas are open to one another for a fantastic social setting. Enjoy cooking a meal in if you may please. BBQ grill and full kitchen utensils are supplied. Tastefully furnished and decorated, you will be sure to find yourself cozy and comfortable here.

Great Home in Moab

We stayed at this home for 3 nights during a 10 day Arizona and Utah vacation. The house was clean, comfortable and just as expected. It had a great kitchen with many amenities. The gas grill worked great for grilling steaks also. The beds were very comfortable, great water pressure in the showers. Wi-Fi worked great. Nice size hot tub and pool (surprising cold though) for relaxing during the evening after hiking the National Parks during the day. It's very close to Arches, Canyonlands and other great activities. The downtown has great shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We had absolutely no issues during our stay so we didn't need to contact the owner for anything. Would definitely book this place if we returned to Moab and would recommend to a friends as well.

Great place to stay in Moab - nice & comfortable home away from home

The condo is very comfortable and clean with all the conveniences of home. It is nicely decorated and felt homey. The light switches are labeled which was helpful. WiFi and TVs worked well. Shower in master bedroom was great. It was nice to have a garage to keep the car cool. It was also nice to have laundry facilities. The neighborhood is quiet and the scenery outside is beautiful. It was great to be able to grill out on the patio and we were pleasantly surprised to see a waffle maker (so we made waffles!). We sat out on the patio for meals and it was lovely. Becky is excellent to work with and was very responsive when we had a question. The condo is very close to downtown Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We highly recommend this condo!

Great place near Arches National Park

This condo was a great place to stay when visiting Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. The accommodations were clean and tastefully decorated and provided everything we needed. Becky was great to work with and was prompt in all correspondences. We would definitely recommend this site to others.

Beautiful, convenient property with excellent management

The property is just a couple of minutes outside of Moab, which is frankly kind of nice. It was very clean with nice furnishings. We had no problems with anything working. The management is very responsive and as flexible as they can possibly be without being pushovers. I won't mention specifics, lest others take advantage, but I will say that management could have been draconian with us and cast a shadow over an otherwise wonderful trip, but they chose not to do so. We are very grateful.

Having a garage in the Moab heat was so nice, I can't begin to talk that up enough. Make sure you read the instructions posted on the wall carefully, or you'll never find the pool, even though it's right there. And, don't leave town without eating at El Charro Loco. I have never had better Mexican food in my life, and that is saying something. We even did a late-night carry out order our last night in town because we loved it so much. Yes, we ate there twice in four days, and we're proud of it. Order the Chimichangas and the Burritos Deluxe. The meat is incredible, both the chicken and the beef.

Great place to stay

After spending several nights in various hotels, this rental was a very welcome relief. It was very comfortable and a nice distance from downtown Moab (not too far-not too close). Enjoyed the view of the snow-capped mountains. Rental was very clean and we found it satisfied everything we wanted to have. We do plan a return trip to Moab and will this place will be our first lodging choice.
