Single story beautiful town home. Sleeps 6-7 people. Full kitchen, wrap around patio, floral courtyard. Enjoy a nice cold drink and soak in the La Sal Mountains or Moab Rim Sunsets from the courtyard. Store your toys in a 2 car garage and enjoy a nice swim or soak in the pool and hot tub.

Master bedroom features a relaxing atmosphere with a queen bed and private bathroom.

Guest bedroom features a large space with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Screened changing area provided. A full bathroom is just off the bedroom in the hall.

Kitchen and living areas are open to one another for a fantastic social setting. Enjoy cooking a meal in if you may please. BBQ grill and full kitchen utensils are supplied. Tastefully furnished and decorated, you will be sure to find yourself cozy and comfortable here.

Perfect for two couples.

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for two couples. Adequate cookIng utensils and kitchen space for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. Right off highway 191 just south of Moab so convenient location for accessing day hikes and grocery trips into town. One drawback was intermittent wireless connection.

The condo is very nice and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much. A few things need attention: there was no salt or pepper in the kitchen, the guest bathroom shower and sink drains were very slow, and the metal chairs for the dining table were loud and out of character for the decor. While they are indestructible, on the concrete floor, they are really obnoxious. Loved having a 2 car garage available! Thank you!

Owner's Response: Chris, Thank you for your feedback. I will have a plumber look at those drains. The sinks, are just that way because of the way they are vented being a vessel sink. I don't supply salt and pepper or any food products to guest. If other guests leave spices, I leave them for convenience, but I don't re-stock them. I'm sorry you found my chairs to be "obnoxious" I will try adding some felt on the bottom of the legs to help with the sound. Thanks, Becky

Convenient location

Property was very convenient to Moab, Canyonland, and Arches, which made it nice for getting into parks. The units was clean and tastefully decorated. We weren't aware it was so close to the road and noise from trucks were fairly loud until around 11 pm.

Moab Vacation

We had a great time. The house is very nice, it's in a guiet little development just off the highway about 3 miles south of town. Perfect location and the views are amazing. We would certainly stay there again if we go back to Moab.

Great location and amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Moab, so was really convenient - when we were on our way home from the day's activities we'd stop at the grocery store (there are at least 2 good grocery stores to choose from on main street) to pick up what we needed for the evening's dinner!

Positives about the unit:

- Gas stove

- 2 coolers in the garage, plus ice packs in the freezer

- Secure garage!

- Nice exterior landscaping provided a lot of shade. The outside table and chairs were in a nook that was perfectly shaded in the evenings for outside dining!

- The proximity to the pool was great! (No pool noise, but the shortest walk of any residence in the community.)

- The kitchen was very well-equipped. Pots & pans were available in a wide variety of sizes. There were plenty of serving bowls and dishes as well.

- The beds were very comfortable. Good mattresses.

- The two bedrooms were offset from one another and at opposite ends of the house, so each couple had a private space.

- There were plenty of towels.

- Wi-fi was reliable and instructions were easy-to-follow

- There are multiple doors to the outside. It was nice to open a couple of different ones in the cool mornings. It created a cross breeze throughout the house.

- The A/C in the house was efficient. It was 100+ all 3 days of our stay, yet the inside was able to maintain the temperature setting. Not very loud, either!! (i.e. the unit running didn't interfere with sleep)

Negatives (minor):

- This is a bit close to the highway, so there is highway noise. I wouldn't have noticed it had my husband not said something, so just depends on how sensitive you are to things like that.

Overall, we were very pleased with the unit. We would definitely stay here again!!!
