Up to 6 can settle down on the wraparound couch and plush leather armchair to watch TV or relax after an action-packed vacation day. A half-bathroom is just off the main living area.
The kitchen has a double sink and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. Sip morning coffee from a breakfast bar with seating for 4, or enjoy a full meal from a wooden dining table set for 6.
Step through a sliding glass door onto a back deck with a propane grill, seating for 6, and breathtaking views of the Dillon Reservoir and surrounding mountains. A staircase leads to a lower patio, where guests can soak in a private hot tub and sit around a fire pit to toast marshmallows beneath a cozy heat lamp.
On the ground level is a second living area, complete with a 50” flat-screen TV, a leather armchair and a couch that pulls out to a full bed. Off of the living area is a bathroom with a walk-in glass-door shower and a heat lamp for added warmth, as well as the 2nd bedroom with a queen-size bed, closet and window overlooking the back patio.
Climb to the 2nd floor, where a washer and dryer sits at the top of the stairs. Round the corner to the 3rd bedroom with a queen-size bed and storage closet. Next door, a 4th bedroom features two twin beds and a storage closet. A shared bathroom includes a glass-door shower/tub and single vanity with modern light fixtures.
A half-level up, retreat to the master suite with a queen-size bed and large walk-in closet.
