The apartment has two bedrooms; the master bedroom with a double bed and an own full en-suite bathroom and a guest room with two single beds and an own bathroom with shower and toilet.

Furthermore there is a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances you may need and a comfortable and colorful living room. The living room steps out onto the terrace which is a spacious area with lounge chairs and a dining table with chairs. From this area you have a magnificent unlimited view of the Mediterranean Sea as well as the pool and sports facilities. There's is also a 65 square meter roof top terrace perfect for private sun bathing.

This place has unbeatable sun sets, great views to the African continent (on a bright day) and is just a really nice place to enjoy your breakfast, read a book, have a glass of wine or just enjoy the Andalucian sunshine!

This penthouse apartment has a really great communal area for the whole family to enjoy! There is a very big swimming pool to enjoy as well as a baby pool for the babies and toddlers. A really great plus is that there is a security guard present at the swimming pool to always keep an eye on everything to make sure everyone is safe.

There are two Paddle Tennis courts. For those that have never played, this it is the Spanish version of tennis and an absolute must-try! Guaranteed fun during the holidays!

Finally there is also a small football goal to practice your penalty shoot outs and keeper skills and a little playground for the toddlers to have fun.

Having said that, these are extra features that really make this an even GREATER place for a fun and relaxing holiday!

Spacious/Comfortable/Very Clean

Me and my family (4 adults) in total stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks between July and August. From day one we were welcomed by the property manager (Miguel) who was very helpful in ensuring we had all we needed throughout our stay. He was also very helpful with any questions prior to our arrival and reply with minimal delay.

The apartment was kitted out with all we needed for our stay, there was also some little touches that were a nice token(Tea/coffee/sugar/salt and pepper) along with cleaning products which was a convenience for us all.

The apartment is situated on the second floor with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. As you can see the large balcony also overlooks the very big swimming pool which cannot be faulted.

The apartment is situated about 10-15 minute walk from the beach and main street of Benalmadena. Here you will find countless bars and restaurants with beautiful food/wine and cocktails at great prices. If you walk along the beach for a further 10 minutes you will arrive at the marina which is a must see, again plenty to choose from for all ages. The water park is only 10 minute drive away from the main street.

A car is not needed. If you don't fancy the walk home a taxi is a mere €4/5. Overall we couldn't fault the apartment and enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to visit this apartment and Benalmadena again in the future.

Enjoyable stay 3.5 star rating

Helpful communications with Miguel before we booked.

30 Euro's and 20 mins from Malaga airport.

Apartment in a very nice part of town and the area is well maintained and quiet. Met by Miguel who showed us around the apartment and directed towards the town.

Apartment itself clean and spacious. Boiler was a little temperamental for the first day but we overcame this.

As this was October the pool which looked lovely was closed, it would have been helpful to know this beforehand as the pool was a selling point.

Nothing close to the apartment. 20 min downhill walk to shops, beach, bars etc. The hilly walk was too much twice a day so always got a taxi back up the hill (6 euro's).

Outdoor seating needs replacing as some of it was broken. Roof terrace is a lovely space. Only 2 loungers were fit for use as the other 4 were broken and just left there (looked uncared for and let this space down).

We had problems with WiFi code but Miguel sorted this for us. Miguel also booked our return taxi to the airport and this arrived on time (thankyou).

I would suggest having a welcome pack in the apartment. Could include instructions for the washing machine, where to dispose of rubbish, local attractions etc. Also no English channels on TV so used our phones for catching up on news etc.

Owner's Response: It was a pleasure to have Colette and her family stay with us. We were never asked whether the swimming pool was open or not otherwise we would have communicated to the our guests that the pool is closed during the fall and winter. This is very common in most apartment communities. The apartment is located on a hill less than 1 kilometer from the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, Tivoli World, Casino, Hotels ..... etc so if you have small children a car is recommended especially if you are planning to buy groceries and cook at home. Thanks for letting us know about the outdoor furniture, we will definitely replace the broken chairs. We also welcome your recommendation to provide a welcome packet for our future guests. Excellent - everyting You dream of

Paddletennis, sunshine and a perfect pool - very nice apartment with goood kitchen, fine rooms for sleeping, nice livingroom and a perfect, large situated balcony where You look at the sea.

It says You need a car - we didn't have one, but managed fine.

The apartment is located in a quite residential area in Torrequebrada overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Just 750 meters to the beach, 500 meters to Torrequebrada Golf, 900 meters to the Casino, less than 1 kilometer to Tivoli world which is a theme park for kids, 1 kilometer from Benalmadena Pueblo where there are many shops, and services, 2 Kilometers from Benalmadena Marina where you will find many restaurants and night life. Very centrally located close to many local restaurants, bars, shops, and super markets.
