Ocean side and accessible to everything

The property was as advertised, clean and comfy. Neighbors can be heard quite easily but this can be said from most older buildings. Pool was nice to swim and relax in, perfect temp. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. Used the BBQ almost every night, never had an issue. Traveling around from the unit was wonderful, it is central to everything.

Needs to be deep cleaned & decluttered

My advice to owners of unit is to remove clutter, the candles and decore that is not able to be cleaned properly because it is collecting dust. Please install blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Needs to cleaned better.

Great place to stay

Wonderful location just across from the beach. Very spacious and well stocked. Welcoming and felt like home. Beautiful outside area and right next to the pool was an added bonus!!

Great location

Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels. Kitchen is small but versatile. Patio was nice. We didn’t use the tv because Hawaii. Internet was slow (DSL) but it worked. Again, didn’t really use it. Beach across the street is nice during sunset. Plenty of beach supplies.

The Hale Wailana is located across from the 5 mile white sand "Sugar Beach", which is pleasant for jogging, beautiful sunsets, and amazing for whale watching. You would be approximately 7 minute drive from the Ma'alea Harbor. Where most snorkel tours depart and the magnificent as well educational Maui Ocean Center is located, you will want to be sure to visit both while on Maui.
South Maui's famous Beaches are only 6 miles from this condo, with groceries, shopping, dining, and much more to see as you explore Kihei Town. As you travel into Wailea, it is home of exquisite resorts, golf courses and some of the best snorkeling/diving spots. Your stay at the Hale Wailana will not only be quiet and relaxing, you will be in convenient location to the Airport, Haleakala, Hana, Lahaina and all other areas that you will want to experience on Island. Just steps from Isana Shushi, one of Kihei's excellent restaurants.
