Ca'premuda is located in an optimal position betweem the Beach ( Iesolo,Caorle Bibione,Lignano Sabbiadoro) and the Montains ( Nevegal 40 km, piancavallo 50 km, Cortina D'Ampezzo 90 km).

Near the towns like Venice 40 km, Padua 80 km , Treviso etc.

From here is possibile in one hour reach the skii station for the lovers of montain and in the same time reach the beaches.

dream House

We were stunned by the beauty of the house and its grounds. It exceeded our wildest dreams. Very clean and modern with an old world feeling..and smelled wonderful. The hosts were charming including their daughter and her grandmother. We were delighted to be surrounded by fruit trees and the dozens of spectacular rose bushes. To our delight we were served a nutritious and delicious breakfast each morning comprised of their fresh fruit .cheese, ham and wonderful pastries. But above all.........a dear family....always charming and helpful. A perfect geographical situation to visit Venise and the mountains.

Perfect apartment!

The pictures really don't do this place justice. This is a really nice, very clean and well equipped apartment. The area is pretty rural, but not too far from Treviso and even Venice.

Susanna was very accommodating with our later than planned arrival.

Everything that we hoped for!

The accommodation was excellent - great location, great hosts and great facilities.

The location was ideal for what we wanted, which was to be convenient for visiting Venice, but also for exploring the Veneto and even up into the Dolomites. We managed all three with ease, but recommend using the train to reach Venice - it is so simple!

Silvio and Susanna were warm and gracious hosts who had provided essentials like milk, tea, coffee, kitchen items, Susanna's delicious home made jam and even a cake (together with a bottle of local wine). The accommodation is well equipped, comfortable and spacious.

We can't wait to return!

Relaxing get away

We had a wonderful stay at Ca'premuda. The property is a very high standard - spacious, clean and with everything we needed. The location is in a quiet village, but there is a bakery, dairy shop, and a good supermarket all within walking distance. Treviso is about 45 mins by car, and we particularly enjoyed our visit to Caorle on the coast, which is about an hour away. We have a 3 year old and there was plenty of space outside for her to run around and play on the swings. Susanna was a great host, and made us feel very welcome.

Authentic Italy

We booked our stay at C'a Premuda sight unseen except for the profile on Homeaway and it MORE than met our expectations. We made this a holiday rendezvous with my son, daughter, and 2 year old grand daughter who met us in Treviso. We wanted high levels of "hang out" time and low levels on "tourist-ing" time. We got just exactly that. This beautiful place gave us all space for privacy and togetherness. A vehicle is a must allowing access to wonderful restaurants and even a swimming facility, all of which are within a 2 to 20 Km distance. The 2 year old made a walk into the village market seem easy. The local produce market on one of the days made for a great excursion. Easy access to the rail system either into Treviso, Venice or up to Belluno in the Dolomites make the location ideal. Suzanna was a wonderful host, even making us a blackberry tart from their own freshly harvested blackberries. The apartment furnishings are beautiful showing that a lot of care has gone into preparing an excellent space for the guests. We left feeling that we had experienced "authentic" Italy both in it's people and it's food and out in it's beautiful countryside.

Sehr schöne saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet, komfortabel und super sauber. Susanna und ihre Kinder sind sehr nette Gastgeber die sich um das wohl ihrer Gäste kümmern. Entgegen der Beschreiben auf FeWo gibt es kein Frühstück. Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern vor Ort, Beistellbett und Hochstuhl haben wir von Susanna bekommen, im Garten gibt es eine Schaukel, der Wachhund wird weggesperrt.

Roverbasso selber ist ein beschaulicher kleiner Ort mit Bäckerei, Schuhladen, Molkerei (Latteria: super Käse und Wurstangebot) und einem sehr modernen Supermarkt (Maxi). Conegliano ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, Treviso 35 Minuten und das Meer knapp über eine Stunde. Unsere Tips sind die Weingegend zwischen Conegliano und Valdobbiadene (Strada del Prosecco), die Altstadt von Vittorio Veneto, Treviso und Caorle wenn man einen Badetag einlegen möchte. Die Menschen in der Gegend waren äußerst freundlich zu uns, was am sanften Tourismus liegen dürfte der dort noch vorherrscht. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung zwischen Bergen und Meer mit vielen schönen Städten in der Umgebung lässt keine Langweile aufkommen, so dass wir 10 abwechslungsreiche und schöne Tage dort verbracht haben.
