This is a modern, spacious apartment situated in the relaxing & friendly St. James complex. The apartment is newly furnished to the highest standards and has all the amenities to make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing. The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, one double with balcony and the other a twin room. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a separate bathroom. There is a modern fully-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, juicer, etc.
The large living/dining room has TV with limited satellite stations, DVD player. The balcony from this area has sea views. It is fully furnished with dining suite, 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), coffee table and sideboard. Ideal for a relaxing holiday by the pool/beach or for the more active who want to avail of the many local sporting activities.
Superb, modern, spacious 2 bed apartment with air conditioning. Set in the beautiful seaside village of Luz and in the exclusive development of St. James with 2 pools, bar & restaurant, and children's playground. All the ingredients for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
1. St. James Complex has two swimming pools - one adult and one children's pool.
2. There is an outdoor play area for the children.
3. There is a small shop, bar/restaurant on the complex.
4. Plenty of parking.
5. Lifts and wheelchair ramps for easy access.
6. Sunbeds are provided in the pool areas.
The apartment is within walking distance of the beach and the many fine restaurants in the area.
Rates quoted for the property are per week on an occupancy of up to 4 people (5th/6th person can be accommodated on the sofa bed by prior arrangement). The rates include all bedroom linen and towels.
The apartment is cleaned and towels and bed linen changed in the middle of a two week stay. For a shorter stay cleaning and change of towels and bed linen takes place at the end of your holidays.
Deposit and damage waiver:
There is a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week to secure the booking and the balance is due 4 weeks prior to stay. There is also a damage waiver of £100 which is refundable on your return (once the apartment has been checked by management).
The changeover day is flexible. Guests can check in after 12 noon on the day of arrival and leave the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure.
Meet and greet:
Guests are greeted on arrival by a representative of the management company who is available to deal with any queries.
THis apartment completetly met our expectations as it is fully equipped, very nicely furnished and spacious. It is a ground floor apartment and is very safe for children and ideal for eating and taking in the late evening sun. The owners had a welcome pack in the apartment which included useful information to make our stay more enjoyable. It also included passes to the pool. I'd highly recommend this apartment and hope to return there for another holiday.
This was our second time staying here , it's a very comfortable & cosy apartment, everything you need for your holiday, very spacious & modern , excellent wifi. The complex is well maintained with a fantastic pool area , would definitely recommend it ☀️
We had wonderful stay at the st James apartment recently . The apartment has everything you could possibly need and the strong wifi is a real bonus . The complex pool is one of the best for children and the apartment manager Richard was a great help . Many thanks , the russell family

The apartment was very clean, most pleasant and well furnished, with a fully functional kitchen.
The pool area is excellent, with good sized pools. Worthy of note is the fact that the children's pool is as big as the other one, so kids can really play and move around freely.
The area is well served with Minimarkets (walking distance) and several restaurants.
Overall, I definitely recommend it. One of the best places I have stayed in.

The apartment was spotlessly clean on our arrival and we were met by a very helpful lady to give us the keys and show us how everything worked.
Nice, quiet area but only 5 minutes walk to the restaurants of Luz.

Everything about our stay in this apartment was simply perfect from start to finish. We found the Owner and the Apartment Manager very helpful and accommodating and made our stay very pleasant and stress free.
The apartment itself is beautiful, it was very spacious and clean and very well equipped, the complex (St James) is in a lovely location with a lovely pool area.
We are regular visitors to Luz and love the place with a nice beach, and lovely restaurants. A great place to stay and we would recommend to anyone.
Luz is a friendly relaxing village in the Western Algarve. It is easily accessible from the new A22 motorway and is the ideal base for visiting the many places of interest in the Algarve. It is a 10 min drive to Lagos, with its cobbled streets, 16th century walls and buildings, many beautiful beaches, the marina, quality restaurants, shops, quaint bars and clubs that offer an exciting and vibrant night life.
There are many fine golf clubs in the Western Algarve and the nearest is Boavista (5 min drive) and there are a further four within a 20 mile drive. Other facilities include water parks, dolphin watching, surfing, shopping centres, bowling, cinemas and a zoo.
