Beautiful 3 bedroom Pool Home. It's located just minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions. It rents for less than two average hotel rooms, but has all the amenities of a resort. This home has one of the largest screened in pool areas in the neighborhood, along with complete privacy! The kids will love the large game room with air conditioning.

Free Pool and Spa Heat along with Gas Grill are offered.

Any house policies that are broken will lead to deposit being withheld and other damages charged.

Great facilities, Great pool, Great host

We were very happy with our stay at Rick's. The facilities were second to none with a fab heated pool,a converted garage space with a full size pool table and an X-Box . Comfortable furnishings with all mod cons in the kitchen. TV had more channels than you could possibly need and the air con was very efficient. The front garden area was I think a work in progress. Overall I would recommend Rick's house to any family looking for a comfortable stay with lots of extras and close to everything..

Amazing Villa

We stayed for 3 weeks in July and couldn’t recommend this Villa more highly, the place was immaculate and has everything you need, the owners were fantastic at answering my question before our arrival and also whilst we were there. Location is great too, 1 mile from a huge Walmart and restaurants, target and publix 5 min drive in opposite direction and 7 eleven round the corner. 10 minutes to Animal Kingdom and 15/20 to the other Disney parks. Beds super comfortable, new TVs installed, kitchen much better than the pictures, kids loved the games room, new Xbox installed during our stay and the pool and jacuzzi just wow, completely private and lots of space for sunbathing. Excellent value, excellent location, brilliant facilities and reliable trustworthy owners what more could anyone want

Amazing, amazing and amazing

Amazing house with lots of space, games room and good sized 3 bedrooms! Amazing large pool and private outside area. Amazing location, just over 10 mins to Disney parks and just down the road from Wal-Mart. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Disney world.

we had a brilliant stay the villa is the best i have stayed in,we have rented eight others besides this one and i can say this is number one. the management company was very helpful it was very clean and every convenience there for us ,the pool and deck areas are exceptional so is the pool furniture and we would certainly use it again thanks for a great stay.
