Excellent stay and accommodations

We stayed at this location for twelve days with another couple and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of a well run and well priced resort setting. Everything form our greetings, tour of the property and all subsequent dealings with staff and management were great. Had some minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of immediately the same day! The size of the rental was great for six people and we all had separate bathrooms and there were no issues. The large balcony was great for outdoor eating in the evenings. Everything at this location was as advertised and we would definitely stay there again!

Holiday Ruined - Burglary in Property - Convenient Orient Bay Location, walk to beach & restaurants

Group of 5 friends (all female- bachelorette weekend) stayed from August 17-22, 2016. The Villa was burglarized personal items were stolen. I want all potential future renters to be cautious about booking this property. The Villa is located on the second floor. The thief climbed up to the balcony & entered through patio doors. This all happened between midnight and 3am while we were out. The burglar grabbed handbags & pieces of luggage that were in the living room area. My Passport, iPad, credit cards & cash were all stolen. We drove down to the main security gate immediately they called the cops (as Americans there was a language barrier as the Gendarmerie (military cops)only speak French). Security guards and the cops canvassed the courtyard and premises. Some of the belongings were scattered about the pool area and grounds. My passport was recovered. Cash & my iPad were taken. The cops took a statement. Later the same day, forensic police officers returned to the Villa to take photos, fingerprints off the balcony door & measure footprints etc. that were left on the balcony furniture from the thief. A full-day was completely consumed with investigation. I contacted the Management office by email to inform them of the incident. Orianne was helpful, but I don’t believe this is the first incident of this kind. She did not seem alarmed. She met us Saturday afternoon at the Gendarmerie office to obtain a police report. The report was unavailable & I was asked to return to another location (in French Quarters) to obtain it. Outside of this interaction, Orianne provided no additional support which was surprised. We asked for her to accompany us to the other station the next day & she was unavailable and unmoved by our predicament. I would have hoped for Management to offer some sort of reimbursement for the huge inconvenience, theft on property and invasion our privacy at the rental. They offered nothing. I was very disappointed by this.We had two additional days left in the Villa before we departed. Management did not contact us. We were terribly uncomfortable and unsettled because of the robbery. Our level of comfort in the condo vanished and for the remaining days we kept the metal shutters closed blocking the view . The incident effectively ruined our trip. I would not recommend this space. While the location is convenient to shops and to the beach; the potential theft risks and lack of empathy by Management far outweigh any pros I can think of.

Overall a very nice place to stay!

The location of the apartment is perfect. A two minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to restaurants and stores. The staff were very nice. The apartment was clean and had a nice outdoor area. The kitchen was a perfect size for our group and allowed us to cook breakfast before each day. I would recommend this apartment.

Fantastic place for family spring break getaway!

My family just spent four days in this Orient Beach villa. The property was perfect for my husband, me, and our two teenage daughters. This space is plentiful, comfortable, attractive, and well accommodated. Location to the beach, pool, and village is a very scenic, short walk. We hope to come back soon!

Uitstekende locatie op het Franse gedeelte

Ons verblijf van twee weken was uitstekend verlopen. Een prima appartement, met drie slaapkamers perfect voor zes personen. Keuken was prima uitgerust, met vaatwasser, koffiemachine, oven en er is een wasmachine in huis. Een heerlijke grote patio. Heel dichtbij het strand. Goed verzorgd zwembad en vlakbij een aantal restaurants die kwalitatief goed zijn. Er zijn twee kleine supermarkten in de buurt. De Ontvangst was goed geregeld. Orianne is een hele hartelijke vrouw die graag wil dat je verblijf goed verloopt, Uitchecken op locatie goed geregeld en toen ik last had van mijn oor werd ik omdat we geen eigen auto hadden, naar de dokter en pharmacie gebracht. Orianne had ons het nummer gegeven van een goede taxichauffeur en die heeft ons gehaald en gebracht en voor de ritten in de buurt hadden we ter plaatse een betrouwbare chauffeur gevonden die ons een viertal keer uitstekend heeft geholpen. Het strand van Orient beach vonden wij echt geweldig. Er is een padi duikschool op het strand. Strandtent Sun Beach was onze favoriet met prima lunch, heel aardig personeel en eigenaar. Een baai verderop is een surf school, voor golf surfen en in beide baaien zijn veel watersport mogelijkheden. Grand Case is leuk om te eten van simpel (de lo lo's) tot heel chique. Calmos cafe met soms live muziek erg gezellig. Maho beach is een aanrader om de vliegtuigen te zien. Die hebben we ook nog bekeken nadat we hadden ingecheckt, want het is 12 minuten lopen vanaf het vliegveld. Wat opvalt is dat het Franse gedeelte allemaal laagbouw kent en is opgezet rekening houdend met de omgeving.

Super!!!!!!!

Superbe appartement, parfaitement équipé. Bien plus grand et luxueux qu'on ne l'imaginait. Nous avons passé à 7 un super séjour.

Contact avec une personne de l'agence très facile par mail ou téléphone à tout moment.

La plaque à induction est tombé en panne et à été changé dès le lendemain.

Nous n'avions pas prévu de louer une voiture et finalement avons décider d'en prendre une. Orianne Cherrier nous a orienté vers une agence qui m'a livré la voiture directement à l'appartement dans l'heure qui a suivi.

Seuls points négatifs: il n'y avait pas de livret d'accueil nous renseignant les différents numéros d'urgence, un plan du domaine, les commerces qu'on peut trouver à saint martin, les bons restaurants et divers bons plans....

La propreté des sols à notre arrivée qui n'avait pas été serpillé. Il y avait encore beaucoup de sable au sol.

Quoi qu'il en soit nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous y retournerons volontier
