What a View!

We highly recommend this rental property. The inside of the condo is immaculate and we loved the modern and sleek decor. The bed and bedding is new and very comfortable and we slept very well. The air conditioning and appliances are all new and work perfectly. There are many positives, but the main reason to reserve this condo is the sensational view. It is certainly one of the best views on the island of St. Martin. You are high up and can see the entire stretch of Orient Bay. It took our breath away and we loved sitting on the comfortable balcony enjoying the ocean view every morning for breakfast and with a glass of wine in the evening. The transaction with the owners over email was wonderful, they are professional and accommodating. Their associate Alexandra was there to meet us within minutes of our arrival. This rental property provides amazing value and is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Orient Bay and St. Martin have to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Schöne Lage, heruntergekommene Anlage

Positiv: ruhige Lage, großer Pool mit teilweise neuen Liegen und viel Schattenspendern, schöner Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Appartement-Anlage gelegen, ca. 2 km Länge, mehrere gute Beachbars am Strand, gute Wassersportmöglichkeiten - jedoch teuer, freundliches Personal, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel - jedoch nur mit Auto erreichbar, kleiner Shop mit geringer Auswahl an Lebensmitteln, Kaffee- und Pizzaservice nahe der Rezeption - Öffnungszeiten nur morgens und abends für ca. 2 Stunden. Appartement-Ausstattung ist okay.

Negativ: in die Jahre gekommene Anlage und Appartements, renovierungsbedürftig, am Pool sind keine Toiletten und Duschen vorhanden, limitiertes Parkplatzvolumen in unmittelbarer Nähe, großer und unbefestigter Parkplatz ca. 500 m entfernt. Wenn zur Abreise der Müll nicht entsorgt wurde und Handtücher und gebrauchte Wäsche nicht auf dem Bett liegen wird Strafzahlung angedroht. Enge Auffahrt zur Rezeption die nachts verbotenerweise zugeparkt wird, den Autos werden dann die Scheibenwischer abgehoben und die Seitenspiegel verstellt. In unserem Fall wurde ein parkendes Fahrzeug morgens zu spät entfernt, daraufhin erfolgt ein irreparables Verbiegen der Scheibenwischer - teurer Spaß.

A 5-hectare site with trees and flowers overlooking the sea and offering a breathtaking view over the entire East Bay.

Some units are occupied year round and others dedicated to the rental.

The residence allows you to enjoy a large swimming pool located directly on ??Orient Bay Beach (large basin and small bath for children).

This is one of the largest pool of Saint Martin residence

In addition, two tennis courts are available.

At the reception, shops: pizzeria, groceries, laundry, cyber space are available

You will not regret this choice, it is a very friendly, relaxing and enjoyable.
