Monte de Balaia is a newly developed low raised apartment complex in an up-market quiet resort in Olhos d'Agua, Albufeira. This ground floor apartment has a private garden very suitable for young children, and it is pool facing. There is air conditioning, central heating, automatic shutter blinds, adequate parking and underground parking if required.

We have installed new Free WiFi and TV box in our apartment.

Lovely Spacious Ground Floor Apartment

The Apartment is in a well designed lovely complex with mature gardens which is well maintained and spotless pools. The apartment is a home from home with all mod con's that one would expect. The apartment is suitable for either couples or a family with small children as there is a private garden on the ground floor. The Apartment is in a good location only 700 meters from a large super market and conveniently located close to a number of well priced restaurants. The local beach Maria Luisa is less than 10 minutes walk even with small children. Brendan the owner is a pleasure to deal with and also had the courtesy to check in with us during our stay to ensure everything was ok in the apartment. Definitely would recommend this apartment and certainly will return.

Having visited Portugal many times over the years this is the 3 rd time we have used this complex and 2 ND time we have used this apartment. Apartment is superb well looked after modern and up to date .locality is superb with restaurant 200 yards away beach 10 minute walk . Old town is a must £4 return by( we used local mini bus as 9 of us ) plenty to eat and drink .

A great family holiday will be returning next year .

Wonderful stay lovely apartment & private garden

Thank you very much for letting us stay at your lovely apartment. It really was a wonderful stay, everything that we needed was catered for and the rooms and the garden were perfect. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the tennis although it was very hot on the court while we were there! We hired a car for a few days so got to visit Faro, Tavira, Silves and a couple of the other local beautiful beaches. Brilliant family holiday made extra special by your care and consideration.

Great holidays

Excellent apartment, clean, well maintained, with all the necessary equipment and easy access to the pool.

The condominium is also very good and in a quiet place.

It's not too far from the beach Maria Luisa, so you can go by walk, even with small children. There are reasonable restaurants, close to the apartament, for those who do not want to spend too much money. If you want a better restaurant, you need to go by car to Praia da Oura or Albufeira. We enjoyed a lot and certainly we will return one day. I have already recommended the apartment to some friends.

Brilliant!

We have just returned from this great apartment. Ground floor is so handy for the pool. So clean and well kept - a credit to the owners. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. Close to supermarket and bars etc. Also own garden so a bit of privacy was great . We will definitely be going back. Thanks for a great holiday Brendan!

Monte da Balaia Apartments is a 10min walk from Marie Luise Beach and a further 10 min walk to the beautiful beaches of Santa Eulalia and Olhos d'Aqua. There are numerous bars and restaurants which are a 5mins walk from the apartment and an excellent supermarket just a 5min walk away. The Balaia Golf Village is less than 10mins walk and the Pine Cliffs Sheraton and the Vilamoura Golf courses are all less than 10min drive. The strip in Albufeira is approx 25min walk or a 5min taxi ride at a cost of approx €4.00. The strip has a buzzing night life which is suitable for the 18-30 age group. The Old Town has a beautiful square with musicians, artists, and craftsmen and is surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops - it is a must for any holiday maker, both young and old.
