About the property

This newly remodeled condo in the exclusive Naples Island community of Long Beach is just a couple blocks away from bars, restaurants, and beaches. The unit is ideal for a single guest or couple, but can sleep four. The upscale neighborhood is wonderful and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The safe, quiet location is close to the freeway and public transportation and just a short trip to DTLB and everything else beautiful Southern California has to offer. Come join the community!!

This one bedroom, one bath unit, located on the second floor, is completely private and has lots of natural light. There are only 15 units in the entire building, so it is nice and quiet. The front door opens to a spacious living room with huge windows, comfortable furniture, and a flat screen TV. To the right is a brand new bathroom with a tub and shower and a large bedroom with a queen bed and lots of storage. To the left of the entrance is a completely renovated kitchen and dining area, with a breakfast bar and table for four. The kitchen has new appliances, which include an electric stove and hood, a full-sized refrigerator, and a microwave, with lots of dishes and everything you need for cooking (but why would you want to with all the great restaurants so close!). Just past the dining area, which also has a new ceiling fan, there is a balcony with a bistro set, perfect for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The view from the balcony shows the beautiful houses in this gorgeous neighborhood but to get a better look. There is a queen air mattress for two additional guests and lots of blankets and pillows to keep you cozy.

When staying here, you will have access to everything in the condo, as well as laundry facilities just next door. There is also a parking spot underneath the building for your exclusive use, as well as plenty of street parking. We can provide baby equipment, like a pack'n'play or stroller if necessary (even some toys! Just let us know). There are also a couple of bikes to help you get around! If you have any questions or if there is anything you need, just call Scott or Amy and we will do our best to accommodate you. We want you to feel at home!

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and we ask that visitors help keep it that way. We have no problem if you have guests over but please be considerate of the neighbors. They are all wonderful people and love the area as much as we do.

The sun in the afternoon can be kind of strong, but there are shades for your convenience and the cross breeze is awesome. There are also fans to help you keep cool. There is also a heater for the couple weeks a year it gets cold enough.

The bikes are located in the garage and you are free to use them as much as you want. If you do decide to use them, please just make sure they are locked up when not in use.

This is a very special neighborhood, which is another reason we are so excited to be able to share it with others. People who live here are very friendly and we love walking by the canals and down to the waterfront. The shops, bars, and restaurants of 2nd Street are less than a mile over the bridge to the west, and there is a grocery store a half mile away over the other bridge to the east, as well as a bunch of great restaurants and shops just a couple blocks away. There is also Mother's Beach a half mile to the North, and a waterfront walking/jogging path a couple blocks to the south. Basically, there are fantastic options in every direction! If you are into local breweries, Ballast Point just opened a beautiful "tasting room" very close by and downtown Long Beach is just a few miles away if you want to check out the great Shoreline Village, the Queen Mary, and Aquarium, or explore the nightlife around the Promenade. There are events every weekend and it's always a great time.

If you are looking to get out of Long Beach for a bit, the options are limitless!!

Just locally, people walk in Naples. There is a bike path down on the beach that runs all the way to downtown Long Beach and a pair of bikes for your personal use, if you are feeling ambitious. It is also close to the bus system and even water taxis, and there is always Uber or Lyft. In downtown Long Beach, there is a free bus system called The Passport, which will take you all over the city, including across the harbor to the Queen Mary and the Catalina Express.

Thank you Scott, we enjoyed our stay so much in your spacious, clean, airy & loads of natural light condo. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed for me to cook. Loved having our coffee & wine on the cute little balcony. Having the laundry room next door was wonderful. All the neighbors that we met were very nice & helpful. The condo is in a very quiet building & within walking distance to the canals, restaurants, 2nd street, farmers market on Sunday’s and grocery stores. Also, it was so much fun watching the Christmas boat parade and walking through the beautifully decorated houses in the canals all during the holidays. We would certainly highly recommend staying at this location if you are ever in the area. The owner Scott is very pleasant, helpful, easy to contact if needed.
