Great Getaway Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! We would stay again and hope the hot tub working next time.Pro’s: location was great. Short drive or e-bike ride to Rosemary.A 2 minute walk to beach.Chair service was so convenient.3 full baths was a treat for our group.Elevators! Carts available to load/unload.Washer & Dryer.Parking was close, plenty of it and no hassle with permits.Heated pool was great considering hot tub was out of service entire week. Cons:Lots of gnats, they seemed to live my red wine though!Initially codes to pool, gym, bikes and beach were wrong.Kitchen counters were gritty upon arrival.Dryer vent needs a major clean out.Day of arrival told hot tub broken, it was actually out of service with tile repair.

Best Condo I have ever stayed at!!

Property was fabulous!! Great location, across from beach, spacious, awesome roof top pool, close to everything! Cleanest rental I have ever stayed at. Loved the condo. Condo Management had great communication and responsiveness. Only suggestion to them is thoroughly check AC before guest arrival, as it was not working when we got there. But I will say management got someone out asap the day of check in and 2nd day it stopped working and got it fixed. They were great. Would definitely stay here again!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice with plenty of room for our family of 4 (with some to spare). Check-in was easy. The building is so close to the beach, and we loved the little shop on the property where you can get beer and wine, along with the smoothie bar that the kids loved for breakfast. It's not in the heart of the restaurant areas of the beach towns, but it's a quick drive to Alys, Rosemary, Seacrest hub, and Seaside. The shared rooftop pool was also very nice with super easy access and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again!
