After a successful 4 years renting we have just refurbished this apartment upgrading its style and comfort for a truly unique experience. A new colour scheme and additional antique furnishings combine romantic charm with sleek modern touches. High ceilings, chandeliers, original parquet floors, french doors and large windows, blend with tasteful décor and original design, to give this self-catering apartment a charm all of its own. We offer a great deal of flexibility for large or small numbers. Each of the 4 large bedrooms have double or single beds. All the bedrooms also have completely separate entrances. There is a large living room with flat screen TV, DVD and satellite, a sofa bed, (seatst 6 ), a spacious hall with a dining table (seating for 10) a brand-new kitchen with oven, hob and all kitchen appliances, a kitchen table and chairs, separate toilet (1 sink ) and modern bathroom ( 2 sinks). My wife and I currently own and manage a total of eight Prague apartments. We bought our first Prague apartment in 2004 and since then we have made a further two purchases. We started focusing on short-term rentals in 2008 after renovating our first apartment, the four-bedroom 97558). W

We also sublease three apartments in lessor and Old Town and view leasing as an important way to expand our business. It enables us to focus on the most prime locations in the city that boast spectacular and unique views of some of Prague’s most iconic attractions.

My wife has 10 years experience in high-level hotel management and her experience in this sector has proved invaluable in professionalizing our business. All our apartments are renovated and/or decorated with a boutique style, using authentic, antique and vintage furnishings collected and added by my wife.

We take great time and care acquiring our furnishings in an effort to create a unique and original experience for our customers. We feel it is important to differentiate ourselves from the ‘four walls and Ikea furniture’ format which is standard in many holiday-let apartments in Prague.

We prefer to focus on a lower number of apartments so that we can maintain and develop each of them with an attention to detail true to our boutique style and principles of quality over quantity.

Our apartments are cleaned and maintained to the highest level and our improvements in both comfort and decor are ongoing. Since we started in 2008 our eight apartments have acquired 450 five star reviews on HomeAway and average five stars across two other major sites with additional 400 reviews.

In future we would like to expand our portfolio taking on more renovation projects which focus on converting historical apartments into high-performing holiday rentals. All our renovations aim to capture the spirit and character of the building/ apartment being restored and only take on projects where we feel this can be achieved to the highest end.

  • There are 2 spare single beds which can be added to bedroom 1 and 4 in order to accommodate groups of 9 and 10. Number, type and arrangement of beds can be adjusted according to demand. We can for example replace double beds with singles if requested. There is a large dining table in the hall which can seat 8 + seaitng for 4 in the kitchen. This table can be moved into the hall. There is an espresso/coffee machine in the apartment. For your safety the apartment is equipped with a fire alarm. We also have a cot which can be added to any of the bedrooms.

Parking can be arranged in paid-for secure parking lots near the apartment. The price is 12 euro a night. Taxi transportation can be arranged also with our friendly and reliable taxi company, who will pick you up directly from the airport and take you to the apartment. Groups of up to 4 cost 25 Euros, groups of up to 8 cost 35 Euros (minivan). Our drivers all speak English and are friendly and will be able to give you advice bout Prague during your journey. The Owner/ representative will then meet you at the apartment to provide you with further information about your stay and the city.

Great Break

We had a fantastic time here,

llan was really helpfull and went out of his way to make us feel at home.

Great location for all attractions

The appartment was spotless and as a party of 6 we had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were lovely and warm. Even though we were next to a busy road it was very quiet with the double glazing.

Thank you for a great stay . We will definitely be booking this appartment again.

Large, beautiful, comfortable. Exactly as advertised

A stunningly beautiful apartment which literally drew gasps. A friendly and extremely informative welcome check-in by Vojtech set us up for our 5 days exploring Prague. We actually looked forward to returning to the apartment each evening to relax and enjoy the home-comforts in preparation for the next day. The apartment is perfectly situated for restaurants, supermarkets, bars, shopping and tram links. Beautiful Prague far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return but only if I can stay in Ilan & Veronika's apartment again. Thank you for having us.

excellent stay

Very good accommodations, beds and pillows comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, good hot water, very excellent location to catch trams and subway. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. We were two elderly couples.

Convient, clean, roomy, with great pricing and helpful owners

We stayed at the property for 5 days in May. It has 3 good sized bedrooms and a fourth large bed room. Everything we needed was provided (linens, dishes, coffee, tea, coffee maker, tea kettle etc).

The apartment was very clean with high cleanings and lots of windows. The furniture and decor were pleasing. No clutter - huge for me, I hate getting somewhere and having to spend half an hour putting away "decorations" so I have a place to put my stuff while I am there.

It has a washing machine. No drier but there is a drying rack and one electric drying rack. Based on our travels in Budapest and Prague, driers are very uncommon.

The location is IDEAL. It is in a more locals neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. It isn't a tourist area so the quality of food/drinks etc was great and the cost was low. However, it is only a 10 minute walk to Wenceslas Square and all the tourist attractions (new town, old town, little town, Charles bridge, astronomical clock etc.) it is also right off the tram and subway lines. So it was easy to get to tourist attractions further afield (e.g. Terezine, Dox museum).

We came in on the train and it was a short walk to the apt. We could have taken the tram and gotten even closer. We used the subway to the bus to get to the airport - Very easy, quick and convienent.

One down side was the apt was warm but there was enough street noise that leaving the windows open was an issue for 2/4 of us. Being from a city I found it actually not noisy at all but my companions were all from rural areas. One noticed it but was ok with it and 2 found it loud. The other downside was that the wireless had a loose wire that had to be adjusted to get the internet working a few times. The router was near a window so we probably bumped into it opening and closing the window. Easy to fix once we knew what the issue was.

The owner met us at the apt to give us keys and a quick run down of the area and local amenities, including recommendations for food, coffee etc. two of us had the owner arrange a driver to the airport which was cheap and went smoothly.

Overall you can't beat the location, apartment, price or owners helpfulness. All of us highly recommend the place.

Great apartment in Prague

This apartment is exactly as the photos show. Very nice residential neighborhood close to many restaurants and bars. Nice walk to Wenceslas Square and metro stations. Check in was great and Ilan was available day or night with any questions. He also arranged transfers to and from airport and it was flawless. Thank you Ilan and Veronika for sharing your wonderful apartment with us.

This Prague apartment is located just 100 metres from Wenceslas square, the National Museum and Opera House. From here it is a short walk to Old Town, the historical centre of the city, where you will find the astronomical clock. Close to here is the Charles Bridge and Mala Strana. The apartment is less than a minutes walk from three central metro and tram stations, Museum, IP Pavlova and Nam Miru, which take you to all parts of the city. Tesco supermarket is also a minute away by foot. This beautiful Prague apartment is located in the prestigious residential neighbourhood of Vinohrady, where you will find many of the city's best bars, restaurants and clubs. A short walk away is Prague's most beautiful park, Riegrovy Sady, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the city and castle while escaping the crowds. From here, it is a short stroll to the city's largest open beer garden where you can drink, chat, watch a sports game, listen to music, or just soak up the atmosphere.
