Kings Cross-St Pancras has been transformed: St Pancras is a lively, bustling area with many restaurants, bars and cafes including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Gothic St Pancras International station). You will find a Time Out guide to London’s restaurants and shops in the house. The area has seen a great deal of development in recent years and visitors who remember Kings Cross-St Pancras from days gone by will be surprised at its transformation. Victorian canalside warehouses have been restored to house new apartments, restaurants and bars and crumbling industrial buildings have been swept away to make way for new hi-tech offices, shops, art galleries (including the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery) and Kings Place, a new concert hall that is home to the London Sinfonietta and offers concerts and cultural events nightly. The British Library is a 10 minute walk away - treasures include Mozart scores, Beatles lyrics, Shakespeare First Folio and Magna Carta (1215).

The flat is in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map.

VISITING OUR FLATS BY CAR: We recommend you do NOT bring your car, there is superb public transport facilities at the doorstep..There is very limited parking on the street,it is expensive and all on meters. In addition there is a daily 'Congestion Charge' to drive into central London (tel: +44 845 900 1234) for further details. Please check www.ncp.co.uk for the nearest secure car park if you absolutely must bring a car.

We would like to recommend that you peruse the customer reviews.

Fantastic location! Clean and spacious

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed staying in Flat 1. Easy access to busses, underground and trains. Large and spacious bedrooms. It was really quiet most of the week (a bit noisy on Saturday). Our daughters loved the outside balcony and wished to stay in the apartment instead of going out for dinner. Great communication with Debbie. Greatly recommended. Thank you

Nice Apartment - Nice People - Great Location

  • 4 of 5

Myself and my 4 kids ranging in age from 10 to 32 stayed in this 2 bed apartment from 29th to 31st March 2016. I found the booking process quite easy - helped very much by the owner Debbie who helped us through the process and provided a lot of very useful information about the apartment itself but also the area it's in and more generally about London - very helpful. The apartment was recently refurbished to a high standard and everything was as advertised - clean and well equipped. The apartment and the location helped make our stay a very enjoyable one - we'll definitely be back. I'd also like to specifically thank Debbie for her personal touch - other people could learn from her - it made a difference. Thanks - Donal

A really convenient place to stay

  • 4 of 5

We were two sisters and one grandson and this place suited us well, though the sofa beds were not the most ideal additional bed for a tall fourteen year old boy. Debbie was most helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage early on our first day and until late on our final day, which enabled us to make the most of our three day stay without dragging suitcases around with us (or paying a fortune for left luggage at the station). The apartment is clean, spacious and well set up with everything that you could possibly need. We were only here for two nights, but could easily have stayed longer as it has everything you need for a prolonged stay. Nice comfy beds and reasonably quiet for London. I would highly recommend this in preference to a hotel.

best location, clean and feels like home

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time in the apartment so please receive our thanks and gratitude. The kids loved it as well as us and it was our first and not last experience with renting a flat instead of hotel. Super clean and well centered.

An unforgettable week!!

  • 5 of 5

I really recommend this apartment to stay in London. The location is perfect only two minutes King's Cross Station. All bus and metro lines can be caught here. The neighborhood is lively but the Street of the apartment is just very quiet. There are several places to eat and have a beer, and a good supermarket is one minute too. The apartment has all necessary and beds are very comfortable. The owner is extremly kind and frirndly and always ready to help you.

I'm sure I'll come back son!!

Cozy and Close to Transport

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for two weeks in the flat 36. It was exactly as described. We found it to be clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. As an older couple that is always a concern. We did have a little concern about the steep stairs to the bottom flour rooms - again due to our old bones! But being mindful was all that was needed.

The front bedroom is a little noisy from street noise so if you are a light sleeper this might bother you. I am, but found after 1 or 2 days I got used to the noise and actually liked it. The pub across the street makes the patrons go inside at 10 so it was no problem, again the sounds of people talking and laughing was kind of nice.

It is very clean and tidy and contains most of what you need. There is even a wine fridge although we never figured out how to turn it on.

The flat is very close to Kings Cross and there is an annex station entrance even close, although, again we didn't figure this out and when it was open until late in our stay. We enjoyed the walk to the main station and were able to get to everything we wanted to with ease and few train changes.

There were four of us and I would highly recommend this flat for 4 people it can sleep 6 but might be a bit crowded for six adults.

All in all we had a lovely stay!
