5 Stunning 2 bedroom self-catering apartments in Central London- all non-smoking

Three and four star accommodation,just 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras(Eurostar).This is a MAJOR transport hub for national and international travel.The City of London,West End and all Zone One destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground. We are located only 1 hour away from all London airports yet situated in a quiet residential street.The apartments are in a Victorian terrace and are aprox 60sq/m.Four have two double bedrooms with 1 ensuite,a living room with sofa bed,separate bathrooms with bath or shower cubicle, kitchen/dining room. Flat four is a penthouse with jacuzzi bath but no ensuite.There is a Tesco supermarket,an M&S food hall and pharmacy close by. Please note the flat has no disabled access or elevator.

The owner speaks fluent English/French/German/Italian and Arabic and is available by phone to respond immediately to any queries .

We do not offer parking and strongly recommend you do not bring a car as parking is very difficult and expensive

Notes to the rental rates

The price includes tax, bath and bed linen and heating.

If you stay for more than a week, the price includes a weekly cleaner and a change of bed and bath linen.

Check in is at 2.00pm and check-out is @ 10.00am. Luggage can be stored at the St Pancras International station Left Luggage facility (opening times Monday to Saturday 6am-10pm, Sunday 7am-10pm). The office is located at the end of St Pancras station (the opposite side of the Eurostar terminal) and is at the back of the domestic ticket office.

Kings Cross-St Pancras has been transformed: St Pancras is a lively, bustling area with many restaurants, bars and cafes including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Gothic St Pancras International station). You will find a Time Out guide to London’s restaurants and shops in the house. The area has seen a great deal of development in recent years and visitors who remember Kings Cross-St Pancras from days gone by will be surprised at its transformation. Victorian canalside warehouses have been restored to house new apartments, restaurants and bars and crumbling industrial buildings have been swept away to make way for new hi-tech offices, shops, art galleries (including the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery) and Kings Place, a new concert hall that is home to the London Sinfonietta and offers concerts and cultural events nightly. The British Library is a 10 minute walk away - treasures include Mozart scores, Beatles lyrics, Shakespeare First Folio and Magna Carta (1215).

The flat is in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map.

VISITING OUR FLATS BY CAR: We recommend you do NOT bring your car,there is superb public transport facilities at the doorstep..There is very limited parking on the street,it is expensive and all on meters.In addition there is a daily 'Congestion Charge' to drive into central London (tel: +44 845 900 1234) for further details.Please check www.ncp.co.uk for the nearest secure car park if you absolutely must bring a car.

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with ensuite in main bedroom

This is a clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment and brilliantly located to explore London by foot or tube.

Plenty of nearby shops and eating places and well equipped kitchen to self cater.

Arriving and departing was seamless.

We have stayed here before and were very happy to stay here again

Very nice appartment, perfect for London vacation.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It is very well situated in a calm neighborhood, 5 min walking distance from Kings Cross / St Pancras stations and underground. Communication with owner was always very quick and easy. I will recommend this place for families traveling to London.

Clean, Comfortable flat with all the amenities!

My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed in the flat for a week while visiting another daughter who is studying in London. The flat was very clean and all the amenities were in working order. Mattresses were very comfortable and the washing machine and dryer were appreciated. Wonderful location - very close to King's Cross station and St. Pancreas which was very convenient in using the Tube to explore London. Debbie gave us detailed directions for finding the flat and accessing the key to get in the building and flat. She used What's App to text me the information which is a free app and worked with the wi-fi as we stood in line at Heathrow when arriving and right outside the door of the flat. Restaurants were within 2 blocks or less as was the Tesco where we bought food to make some meals in the flat. The flat provided a comfortable place for us to rest after a long day of sightseeing and we appreciated the ability to watch the BBC news on the television. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and would love to stay there again!

Nice flat

The flat nice, with well-equipped kitchen. But the staircase of this old building is very narrow. It's not easy to go up three floors with big luggage.

Comfortable flat, well situated

Debbie gave us good directions for finding the flat and getting access. It is clean and comfortable, and was ideal for our sight-seeing holiday. It had everything we required to prepare our own meals, and directions to shops were good. I would recommend it to a family visiting London.

The flat’s ideally located in the heart of London, 5 minutes walk away from Kings Cross/St Pancras stations (Eurostar).

KINGS CROSS IS A UNIQUE AND MAJOR TRANSPORT HUB IN CENTRAL LONDON for national and International travel (there’s six subway lines and buses}. Easy access to all stations and the apartment is 1 hour away to all major London airports. The apartment is close to Islington/shops. The City of London, West End and all Zone 1 destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground.

It’s 5 minutes to the British Library / Museum. 10 Mins to the City and London's West End with its fabulous shopping on Oxford St & Regent St, theatres, art galleries and landmarks-Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben. 10 minutes to Covent Garden with its street theatre, opera house and shopping Piazza. 10 minutes to The City of London, with its famous buildings incl.
