The office is located at the end of St Pancras station (the opposite side of the Eurostar terminal) and is at the back of the domestic ticket office.

Kings Cross-St Pancras has been transformed: St Pancras is a lively, bustling area with many restaurants, bars and cafes including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Gothic St Pancras International station). You will find a Time Out guide to London’s restaurants and shops in the house. The area has seen a great deal of development in recent years and visitors who remember Kings Cross-St Pancras from days gone by will be surprised at its transformation. Victorian canalside warehouses have been restored to house new apartments, restaurants and bars and crumbling industrial buildings have been swept away to make way for new hi-tech offices, shops, art galleries (including the cutting-edge Gagosian Gallery) and Kings Place, a new concert hall that is home to the London Sinfonietta and offers concerts and cultural events nightly. The British Library is a 10 minute walk away - treasures include Mozart scores, Beatles lyrics, Shakespeare First Folio and Magna Carta (1215).

The flat is in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map.

VISITING OUR FLATS BY CAR: We recommend you do NOT bring your car, there is superb public transport facilities at the doorstep..There is very limited parking on the street,it is expensive and all on meters. In addition there is a daily 'Congestion Charge' to drive into central London (tel: +44 845 900 1234) for further details. Please check www.ncp.co.uk for the nearest secure car park if you absolutely must bring a car.

We would like to recommend that you peruse the customer reviews.

We had a great week in a cosy, clean and functionable flat. Bad weather but London is always great! Would love to be back.

Very convenient, comfortable apartment

  • 5 of 5

My daughter and I stayed here for 8 nights in early February. It is an excellent location in terms of convenience with Kings Cross tube station only 5 minutes away. It has very easy direct access to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very warm, an important consideration in winter. The only minor consideration would be the bar across the road which was played very loud music for a few hours late on Saturday night. This wasn't an issue in winter as one could keep the windows shut but in summer it could be. It was fine all the other nights with just a few people congregating outside. The street itself is very quiet in terms of traffic. We felt quite safe in the evenings walking to and from the station. There are good restaurants nearby in the Granary area which looked to be recently developed and everything else is just a tube ride away. Kings Cross is a major station with several lines passing through so it is very easy to get anywhere in London. Debbie was excellent to deal with. Any issues were addressed very promptly.

I would recommend this apartment.

Good location, and good facilities

  • 4 of 5

The propert was of good size and in an excellent location. The kitchen is small, but the living room and bedrooms are good sizes. Everything was clean, and it was very safe. We were very pleased with it.

Excellent location close to Kings Cross.

  • 3 of 5

Location was good being close to the Kings Cross Station. Getting access was good and communication with the owner was very good with her allowing us early entry. The flat was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. However, the local neighbourhood was a bit noisey and rough at times with a pub just across the road attracting the police on a couple of occasions. I don't have any other experience in renting flats I'm London so my rating is against other experiences around the world. Compared to other places around central London it could well rate higher.

Wonderful location!

  • 5 of 5

The flat is well situated off train and tube lines. It is clean and well appointed. There were 6 adults and we fit comfortably - each couple actually had their own room. This means we did not use the living room as a central gathering place, but as a bedroom. It was fine for us. There are two showers, one full bath and one smaller bathroom with a commode and a shower - perfect for all of us! The kitchen is small, but worked just fine for us to gather in the morning and at night.

As long as you've got a cell phone you will get the directions and code you need to access the flat.

We would definitely stay in this flat again!

Great apartment, great location

  • 5 of 5

This was a fabulous apartment for two couples for our last few days in London. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped, as per the description. Despite the central location, it was a very quiet neighbourhood, and felt quite safe. A well stocked Tesco is just around the corner. Nearby restaurants looked interesting, although we didn't eat there, but we did enjoy a meal at Caravan, Granary Square - just a short walk from St Pancras, and a lovely regenerating area.

It was an easy walk to King's Cross tube and St Pancras stations, great if you are travelling via the Eurostar. There are plenty of buses just around the corner too.

Debbie was lovely to deal with, answered all our questions, and provided great instructions for seamless arrival and departure. I would definitely recommend this apartment, and hope to stay again one day.
