Killington Access Road Newly Renovated 2 BR Clean and Chic Condo fully loaded

Our condo is located on the Killington Access road and is a few minutes away from the Killington Mountain Baselodge and chairlifts and various parking lots. We are within a 2 minute drive to some of the best restaurants (The Foundry Restaurant is within walking distance) and ski shops that Killington has to offer. In fact, surefoot ski boot store and the backcountry breakfast and lunch cafe are located on our property. Additionally, the Killington Bus Shuttle stops off at our complex every hour and takes those without a car or those looking to start early to the mountain. Our condo is newly renovated and includes the following. Master Bedroom has en suite bathroom and also a new washer dryer. Master Bedroom has a TV and large closet as well as a separate entrance and ski racks. The middle unit has its own entrance, the master bathroom, a connecting door to access the master bedroom, a large new TV, DVD Player, Wifi, brand new pull out couches, art work, dining room table and chic modern kitchen and stainless appliances, keurig. Sliding door to outside deck that has adirondack furniture and a small table and benches. The second bedroom has its own bathroom, coffee maker, two fullsize beds and its own separate entrance. We have Resort Lock brand brushed nickel keyless entry locks for the foyer door and all three unit doors. Two dumpsters are located a one minute walk from the outside of the condo and in the parking lot for guests to throw out garbage bags. The parking lot is always plowed and shoveled nice for easy in and easy out from the parking lot. This condo is an upstairs unit which makes it nice and quiet.

About Michael Larson

I have been coming to Killington for 20 years and rented a home for 8 years. When I found this condo, I knew it was the right one because the developer told me it was his favorite and nicest condo out of those he newly renovated. Parking is unlimited and its set back in its own quiet area. The decor is perfect, clean and chic and modernly designed. Lots of sunlight, new amenities, etc. So, because of all this, I purchased this condo without hesitation and am happy to share it with guests.

Why Michael Larson chose Killington

Parking is spacious and the driveway is always paved. Lots of sunlight. Very close to the parking lots to the Killington Chairlifts. Breakfast and lunch cafe 30 seconds away and the Foundry Bar and Grill is 1 minute up the road. Bus service every hour to our parking lot.

What makes this condo unique

Bus Pick up. Breakfast and lunch Cafe at the BackCountry Cafe. Walking distance to the Foundry Grill. Dumpster on premises for easy removal of trash. Back deck for outside views and fresh air.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the continued stay and kind words. The snow conditions have been the best in at least the last ten years. The glades have over two feet of snow in the trees and the groomers have been just perfect. Cant wait for next years upgrades on the mountain to include new high speed lifts, etc.

Two Couples in Vermont

What an amazing stay we had in this great condo. The set up is amazing for two couples. Each room has its own bathroom and entry way and then the main area has a large, great bathroom and large table, great couches and nice kitchen. Micheal was so responsive and helpful and we can not wait to return

Great condo, would absolutely recommend!

We (2 couples) stayed at the condo this past weekend and really enjoyed it!

The condo was clean, updated, and well kept. There was plenty of space for everybody although we tended to gather around the kitchen island with a bottle of wine.

The location was great as well. It was only a few minutes drive to the mountain, and an even shorter ride to the restaurants and shops. Having a ski shop and cafe in the same parking lot was nice benefit.

Michael was great too! He was very accommodating and made himself available for any question or issue, and he even contacted us during our stay to make sure that everything was ok. That was really nice.

Overall I would recommend this condo, and if we come back to Killington again next year, we would happily stay here again.

Lovely Place/Great Location

We Stayed here for the weekend with family. The condo was spacious, clean and loaded with amenities. We were six people including 2 children. There was plenty of room and a good space to relax after a day on the mountain. Washer and dryer were handy when the kids decided to play in the snow and ended up soaked. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo just down the road from all the action.

We had a wonderful stay in this incredible condo. There was ample room for the four of us. The place was clean and well appointed. We really appreciated the spices and basic foodstuffs that were in the kitchen. The condo is within a 5 minute drive from the slopes, all the restaurants, gas station, market, several ski rental places and just about anything else you could hope for. We were a little concerned about driving in the when snow was dumping but the ground crew in the condo area really kept the roads manageable even for our van.
