The condition of our condo detracted from the overall appearance of the property.

Your Comments The unit was filthy. The linens were old, worn and stained. The towels in the bathrooms had been hung up still very damp. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher with a skillet that had a large amount of bacon grease in it. The shower head in the master bathroom had mold on it. The other shower head produced just a drizzle. There was sand on the the dining room chairs. There was a cheese wrapper under the table. One of the dining room chairs was very wobbly and would be a danger to sit on. There were crumbs in all of the kitchen drawers and food particles under all of the living room cushions. Also, trash including a used q-tip under the couch. The young hostess ,Abigail, was very sweet and apologized for the condition of the unit. She notified management that did discount the room 50.00 but I’m sure most would agree that it was a very small token. All in all we enjoyed Panama City but our accommodations were a big disappointment. I hope whoever the owners are that they are made aware of the poor service that housekeeping provides.

We have addressed the condition the unit was in with the housekeeper and have come up with a solution. We hope you'll give us a second chance next time you are looking to book a vacation and allow us to make it one you'll never forget (for much better reasons!)

Overall Pleased

So with any place there is going to be pros and cons

I'll start with the pros

*Management reached out and was very accomidating in answering any questions I had.

*The room was as pictured and described

*Bed was comfortable

*Clean for the most part (see my con below)

*Can't beat the views and the price was reasonable


*we were emailed 3 different codes, 1 for garage 1 for our room and 1 for the pool gate . The pool one did not work at all so we were stuck in the beach, I decided to use the garage code and it worked for the pool gate, not sure why we were sent the wrong code.

*When we arrived our parking pass and wrist bands were supposed to be on the table, they were not. I called the manager and she was quick to come and try to get it taken care of but the office was closed so she said she would have to come back in the morning at 9am this was a bit concerning since there are signs everywhere stating if there is no parking pass our vehicle will be towed. However she came the next morning so it worked ok, just seemed as though they weren't prepared

*Everything appeared clean until I took a closer look. The coffee pot was not cleaned we had to buy a scrubber to clean it. The dryer had hair strung all thru out. The pillow cases and sheets had stains on them which I find very unappealing. Fortunately I brought my own linens to use.

*The contract is a bit excessive with all the rules they have in my opinion.

Bottom line I would recommend this place. We had a nice time and the pros out weighed the cons.

Wonderful experience!

It was a wonderful vacation for our family of 4. You just can’t beat the million dollar view from the balcony where we enjoyed our coffee every morning! Live the coast was super helpful and quick to respond for anything we needed!

Nice oceanfront condo!

Condo is perfect for a family getaway! We enjoyed it! Oceanfront and love that the chairs and umbrella are included in your stay! Bed in the master is extra firm just a heads up. When you get your check in instructions, make sure they include the garage code. Also, make sure your parking pass is completely filled out and visible. Seychelles security will tow your vehicle! Our parking pass was on the dash instead of hanging from the mirror and we came out to find a tow truck getting ready to load up our car. It was ridiculous! Security had left a parking violation on the window and only gave 3 hrs to fix the problem. Other than the absurd parking pass issue, Seychelles is great, the condo was great, and Live the Gulf Coast are wonderful. Very sweet people and easy to work with!

Largest 1 Bedroom - Great location

After 8 hours of driving and kids at each other's throats, this condo was just what the doctor ordered. We only needed a door code which was nice because of our late arrival and the hot tub was still on when we got there.

Weather was awesome for January and the proximity to Schooner's gave Mommy and Daddy some reprieve if only for a couple minutes. I would have never left if I had the choice. Now it is 3 degrees and snowing at home and I've got a sunburn. Wouldn't trade it for the World!
