Très beau chalet, femme de ménage désagréable

Le chalet est vraiment bien : conforme à l'annonce, confortable, moderne et bien équipé

En revanche, la communication n'est pas facile (propriétaire peu disponible et pas sur place : impossible de trouver les commerces et navettes promises) et la femme de ménage en charge de la remise des clés est extrêmement désagréable

Owner's Response: Monsieur Rubens, après vous avoir eu 3 fois au téléphone, vous m'aviez confié , je cite " avoir eu des mots qui dépassaient votre pensée" à propos de notre femme de ménage... Je vous rappelle que vous avez intégré le chalet sans avoir payé le solde de la location, ce à quoi vous vous étiez engagé contractuellement, et que ma femme de ménage, a dû se présenter à 2 reprises avant de récupérer l'argent dû...Le jour de votre arrivée, et le lendemain, nous nous sommes parlés au téléphone, et à aucun moment vous ne m'avez mentionné aucun des points évoqués dans votre commentaire! A ce moment là, vous ne pouvez contester n'avoir eu aucun problème pour me joindre...Nous habitons la Suisse et notre téléphone français n'est pas constamment accessible, pour des raisons de réseau le plus souvent, mais le we , nous nous efforcerons de rester dans des zones où les appels depuis la France sont possibles, ce dont vous avez fait usage sans restrictions. Je vous rappelle enfin que certains équipements ont été rendus dans un état de saleté inhabituel, et que je ne vous ai retenu aucun euro de caution. Enfin, vous m'aviez dit vouloir supprimer votre post sévère, de votre propre initiative, je vois que vos paroles n'engagent que vous et sont sans valeur à vos yeux. Je suis serein par rapport à l'offre de location mais depuis 2009 où nous louons, vous êtes le premier à vous comporter ainsi. Cordialement Le propriétaire
