Welcome to this new luxury boutique townhouse in the perfect Park City location. Just steps to the Cabriolet lift and adjacent to the 13th hole on The Canyons Golf course. Sweeping mountain views take your breath away from every oversized window. Sleeps 8.


The inviting living room boasts comfortable and tasteful luxury. Relax in the warmth of the stone hearth fireplace and listen to beautiful music from the Sonos sound system, or be entertained by a 48” flat screen TV with Apple TV. The provided board games will ensure hours of laughter and fun. Step out to the patio for a soothing soak in the private hot tub.

The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen featuring Viking stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and oversized refrigerator. Enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast bar, or lively camaraderie at the dining table with 8 elegant white leather chairs. The deck offers an outdoor grill and al fresco dining with mountains vistas. A full guest bath is also located on this level.

The home’s beautiful decor continues upstairs. The dreamy master suite is complete with a king bed, fireplace, 48” TV and private balcony. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with double vanities, large walk-in shower and separate water closet.

The second bedroom has a twin day bed (with twin trundle bed underneath) and a balcony. The third guest room boasts a plush queen bed. Both are bathed in light and offer mountain views. A full bathroom with double vanity is shared between the rooms.

There are plenty of parking spaces the open lot.

This gem of a property is a winner for groups. It’s also great for families, with helpful amenities such as a washer/dryer, Pack ‘n Play, booster seat, and a sled.

Park City Mountain Resort is just a short gondola ride away. Pick up the Cabriolet, just a 2-minute walk away, and spend the day on the slopes. The resort has all you’ll need - groceries at The Marketplace & Liquor Store, and several restaurants to choose from - if you’re not in the mood to cook. Try Cabin for a breakfast buffet, or The Farm Restaurant for seasonal fare.

There are several other ski resorts within close striking distance: Bald Eagle, Deer Valley, and Iron Mountain are all within a 20-minute drive. When the weather is warm, Canyons Golf will call to you. If outdoor activities aren’t your style, the Tanger Outlets are just a 10-minute drive north at Kimball Junction.

Beautiful decor but terrible construction noise with no storage

The property manager was very helpful.

The vacation rental was spotless.

I was somewhat unhappy with the location.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Nice decor. Construction was terrible and surrounds the entire place so you can't open shades. Construction even occurred on Thanksgiving Day! Workers and loud trucks arrive at 6:45 am with work starting at 7 am until 7 pm. We were not told of the construction noise before booking. Very dissapointed. Also owners locked closets and bathroom cabinets so not much storage. Felt very unwelcoming complete with a note on garage refrigerator not to eat their food and to respect their things. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and have never seen a note like this before nor so many locked owners storage closets. There was already so little storage as it was. There was no where to unpack our clothes as there is no dresser in the master and the side of the closet with built in shelves was locked! Would not stay here again. Be sure to ask about construction status before booking as the noise was ridiculous. Townhome was nicely decorated with nice kitchen plates. Kitchen moderately stocked. Also, the owner's vehicle was in the garage so you can't park in the garage! Our SUV barely fit in the tiny driveway. Again no warning about someone else's car being in the one car garage. Also, we were not provided a garage door opener so had to use the keypad every time. The master bedroom mattress was terrible and was the hardest mattress I've ever slept on resulting in terrible back pain and no sleep. Do not recommend staying here until some changes are made. Rental company did give us some money back due to the construction.

Gorgeous home with a fantastic location!

I loved staying at this home. The ease to the skiing was awesome! It was so easy to find off of the main road and wo well situated between PC and Kimball Junction. I would go back to this home in a hearbeat! It was the best vacation ever!

We took a family trip and found this beautiful NEW townhouse for rent. The townhouse was immaculate, so close to the mountain and very easy for our family of 5 to ski, board and relax. Perfect location, and the hot tub was AMAZING especially after a day on the mountain.
