Nestled in the heart of the Snowshoe Mountains Ski Resort, this village central updated STUDIO offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your mountain getaway. Whether you're a skiing enthusiast or just seeking a cozy retreat in a picturesque setting, this studio is designed to cater to all your needs.

Location: Perched within the resort village, this studio provides immediate access to the exhilarating slopes, vibrant village life, and the natural beauty that surrounds you. Step out your door, and you're just moments away from the ski lifts, shops, restaurants, and the buzz of the resort.

Accommodation: This well-appointed studio is thoughtfully designed for small groups, couples, or solo adventurers. It features an open-concept layout, making the most of its space to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. All this starts at 3:30 pm on your arrival date and ends at 10 am on departure date.

Kitchenette: The kitchenette comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including a med sized refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. It's furnished with basic cookware and utensils, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals at your convenience.

Sleeping Area: The cozy sleeping area boasts a comfortable upgraded queen mattress ensuring a restful night's sleep after an exciting day on the slopes. It also has a new sofa bed for up to 2 guests. Quality linens and bedding are provided for your comfort.

Living Area: The living area is a haven for relaxation, featuring a newer sofa bed and a flat-screen television, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor adventures.

Dining Area: Enjoy your meals in the cozy dining area, complete with a table and 2 chairs, creating a welcoming space to savor your culinary creations or takeout from nearby restaurants.

Bathroom: The private bathroom offers modern amenities, including a shower/tub combo and complimentary toiletry starter sets

Amenities: Stay connected with free community provided Wi-Fi and entertain yourself with cable or streaming TV services. The studio is designed to ensure your comfort and convenience.

Storage: Store your ski equipment in the provided ski locker located inside the building, keeping everything organized and accessible.

Building Amenities: Guests can utilize the Gym, the pay as you go washer and dryers, and the 1 dedicated ski locker.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
● Please be considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
● No parties in the condo.
● Free bus shuttles are available from the Village to Top of the Mountain, the Western Territory, and to Silver Creek for night skiing.

PETS: No pets of any type are allowed please. However, if you have a certified Service Animal, and not a ESA, let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you.

EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note I cannot guarantee check-in prior to 3:30 PM. I may be able to accommodate your request for an earlier check-in as long as the room is clean and set up.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night if the room is available. Departure is by 10 am.

PARKING: Parking for Expedition Station is free and is located across the street on a first-come, first-serve basis. If that car park is full, additional parking can be found at the Top of the Mountain for free.
