If you are looking for a cabin with a view, look no further than Chalet d'Aspet!  Located in the hills of the upper Moonridge neighborhood, this Big Bear Cabin has sweeping views of the slopes and lake.

This reverse floor plan cabin features the master suite with indoor hot tub, private 3/4 bath, king bed and small deck with views on the entry level.  The second bedroom is across the hall and has a queen bed and private full bath.

Head upstairs to the main living area with plenty of windows and doors leading out to the deck with a natural gas grill and table and chairs for relaxing.  The living room has a wood burning fireplace, TV with cable and DVD player and internet.  The dining area joins the living room and updated kitchen with has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, microwave, coffee pot and dishwasher.  The third bedroom is on the upper level and has a queen bed and private full bath.
Note: You are renting a home with an INDOOR HOT TUB.  Chlorine vapors may exist.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
