This is our 4th Property in the Mohican area. Our vision has been to provide Rustic Luxury lodging for people to relax and escape while visiting the Mohican area. We think this is one of the most beautiful areas in Ohio. Not only is the area beautiful, it also offers a tremendous variety of activities. From hiking, mountain biking, kayaking and zipping to Amish Country shopping there is something for everyone, however, we felt it was underserved in the area of luxury accommodations. So in 2013 we purchased our first cabin added the necessary amenities and began providing a great place for people to unwind.
Randy purchased this Cabin in 2016
Why Randy chose Bellville
Pine Meadow is a cool rustic cabin on a road that has a tremendous view of the Clearfork Valley. While not as remote as Whispering Pines, Pine Lane or Mohican Sunrise, it still offers plenty of privacy and more of a yard to play in. The cabin has a turn of the century motif featuring old barn beam openings and a pine plank floor with artisan nails from the period.
What makes this Cabin unique

Fantastic Cozy Cabin!
The owner, Randy, is by far the most courteous and prompt owner. He responded to me immediately with a minor issue and even followed up after I had an injury (at no fault of the property or cabin...just my own clumsiness!) The location is awesome. Very private and secluded. Lots of room for outdoor games and bonfires. If you are questioning if you should rent this property, question no more! It's beautiful and I can't say enough how much we loved it!
Beautiful cabin and proerty
Had an amazing time celebrating my little sister with a girls weekend with 8 ladies. Relaxing and comfortable with anything you need for a weekend getaway. The pictures are exactly how it looked when we arrived. Would highly recommend it!
Clean and it would be perfect if you could add another bedroom. We loved the outside well groomed plenty of space for children to play. Randy has been wonderful to rent from. Thankful to all
Relaxing cabin in the woods
We spent a relaxing long weekend in the woods with children and grandchildren. The cabin was exactly as described. Very warm and comfortable!
Very nice well maintained cabin!
My friends and I had a great time at this cabin, even though it rained most of the weekend. We watched some movies via Netflix, used the hot tub, managed to have a quick fire between rain showers and roast some marshmallows. We used the gas grill. The cabin had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend and was nice and CLEAN!
Such a great time! A bunch of high school pals traveled from Columbus, Cleveland, and Kentucky to meet for a reunion and much needed girls' getaway. The weather was pretty rainy so we were forced to be inside half the time but we were comfortable and had plenty to do. The hot tub was very clean and comfortable for 5, the king size bed was comfy, the full size bed was really only big enough for 1 adult person (unless you are super close), there was plenty of furniture for lounging and hanging out. A couple things we would suggest as improvements: In general, the lighting seemed really dim. 1- Recommend more lighting in the kitchen (esp. above the stove) as it was very difficult to see. 2-the roll away beds, didn't look great- we pulled one out and decided against trying it out so 2 people used the couches. 3- we utilized the kitchen A LOT and we ran into issues of having enough cups, mugs, and wine glasses. Also, if you plan on cooking a lot like we did, I suggest bringing some mixing/ serving bowls. Everything else was great. Plenty of utensils and the dishwasher was handy. The rain deterred us from having a fire but we sat outside as much as possible. The hot tub was a huge hit. I recommend scoping out the area for firewood on your way, as there is not any at the cabin. All in all, we had such a relaxing time- we would definitely stay again! Thank you for hosting a much needed girls weekend!
I am glad you had a great time and appreciate the suggestions. I will run out today and get more cups, mugs, wine glasses, mixing bowls and serving bowels.
I will also see what I can do to add more lighting in the kitchen.
Regarding the beds, the bed you referred to as a full size is actually a queen but I understand even a queen can feel smaller if you are used to a King. Again glad you had a great time and thanks for the suggestions.
