Access to this home will require vehicles to have 4WD/AWD and snow tires or chains during winter months (Nov - April). When in effect, the Traction Law legally requires vehicles entering the canyon to be equipped with these features.
*PLEASE NOTE* in the winter months (November - April) this home requires that you be guided in for your initial check in. Please see steps below regarding what to expect with this. This is both for your safety on mountain roads, and to ensure a positive relationship with the neighborhood, as it is critical these roads remain clear of stuck vehicles for daily travel and note that this home can only accommodate 3 vehicles during the winter.
GUIDED ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- A staff member will meet you at a designated meeting point to guide you to your rental property. This ensures that you safely navigate the mountain roads, and arrive at your destination without any hassle. If issues with your vehicle do arrive, we are there to help! This not only ensures your safety, but also keeps a positive relationship with the neighborhood.
- Providing Your In-Time: In order to arrange the guided arrival, we kindly ask that you provide us with your estimated in-time. This will allow us to coordinate with our team and ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process for you.
- Check-In: Once you have arrived at the property, you will be left to enjoy your stay in privacy and comfort. You will have full access to the property using the provided access instructions, and will be able to use the self-check in features. The team member will not enter the home, and will only assist in opening the doors if requested.
Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming.

Our home features 30’ floor-to-ceiling windows in a large open living and dining area, 6 bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms, as well as numerous amenities including 3 Roku-enabled TVs, hot tub, sauna, wraparound deck, gas grill, audio system, 2 washers/dryers, and WiFi. In-floor radiant heat throughout makes for a cozy return from the slopes! Sleds, games and puzzles are available for guest use.
PLEASE NOTE - this property has a studio apartment below the garage with a separate entrance that the owner sometimes uses for overnight stays.

-Living Room- Newly updated comfortable couches in front of a wood fireplace, as well as a reading/TV nook with 2 smaller couches. Relax and check out the awesome views of Brighton slopes from the huge windows!
-Dining Area- Dining table accommodates 8, while there are 3 more seats at the nearby counter.
-Kitchen- Beautifully updated kitchen with many tools to help you prepare your meals, including a crock pot and double oven!
UPSTAIRS:
-Primary Suite- HUGE primary suite with king bed and amazing views! Gas fireplace, lounge area, and TV, as well as luxurious primary bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower.
-King/King Bunkroom- Spacious bunk room with 2 king mattresses and ensuite full bathroom.
-King/Queen Bunkroom- King on bottom, queen on top, ensuite bathroom.
-Queen Bedroom/Upper Laundry Area- Queen bed in this 4th bedroom shares a space with the upstairs w/d. If you need to do nighttime laundry, there is another w/d downstairs!
DOWNSTAIRS:
-Entertainment Room- new large, cozy reclining couch, and huge Roku TV with DVD player.
-Queen Bedroom- Queen bed with private closet
