Great location. Very attentive owners.

The condo is lovely with a very modern feel. It is a great location. It has a view of the ocean and only a few steps away from the private beach and pier. It was great to sit on the deck and listen to the waves. We loved watching the dolphins which showed up almost every day. The neighbors were great and friendly and we got to know several of them. You can walk to numerous restaurants and shops and even to the main Siesta Key beach. And if you don’t want to walk all the way to the beach, it’s only a short distance to catch the “Breeze,” a free trolley running from town to Siesta Beach and even all the way to Turtle Beach. Stacey was great. She was helpful and provided a lot of local information and recommendations. She was great at responding to any requests, even some of ours which were unusual. We were there for six weeks and loved every minute. This was a great experience and one we would definitely repeat. Thanks Stacey! Linda & Greg

Why they chose this property

We had sailed up and down the East and West coasts of Florida years ago, exploring many of the coasts' waterways and seaside towns, but didn't plan to find a place so special on land. If you see this place, however, you'll quickly understand why anyone would fall for this location and setting. We saw a few photos on an email one day and flipped out. Is the water really that color? Yes. Is the beach really that soft and white? Yes. Is that pier good for fishing, too? Oh, yes. We have cherished this home ever since we glanced at that email back in 2006.

What makes this property unique

If you've had the good fortune to travel to parts of the Bahamas or Caribbean and slid your toes into sugar white, soft sand while gazing at light blue-green water that is so warm, it just kisses your toes and you asked yourself if you could really *live* in a place like this? Yeah, it feels just like that.
