You'll have private access to the lake and dock--just minutes from Sugar Hollow Marina and the notorious "jump bridge." And if lake water doesn't float your boat, you also have the option of swimming in the Lakeside Estates community swimming pool. Why Mike & Candace chose Lakeside Estates

Every year our family gets together for a week. In the summer of 2015, I, along with 15 of our favorite aunts, uncles, and cousins, rented a house on Norris Lake. Every one of us was in awe of the vibrant tropical color of the water--color we'd only seen in some of the most exotic corners of the earth. As we tooled around the lake, we saw a "for sale" sign on a house...and so it began. What started as a joke, soon became a reality. Nine of us joined together to invest in our futures and the futures of our children. The idea was to have a place we could go to reunite with our family and friends--to continue to build lasting memories and create that opportunity for others.

What makes this cabin unique

We looked at numerous properties, but none of them offered the cabin feel that "Good Company" has. The views are exquisite! The tranquility and serenity--the trees, the mountains, the water....it's all breathtaking.

PERFECTION on Norris

We stayed for 3 nights at Good Company and we were so overwhelmed by the location, the accommodations, and the staff (Hi, Kim!), we determined right then and there that we would all be back next year, but for an entire week. Thank you so much for such great memories! See you next year!

Great Location on the lake. Clean and large house.

Once we actually found the house we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, size and location of Good Company. The back decks were a perfect spot to relax at the end of each day enjoying the view. The house is very close to a bridge over the lake which is a spot where many boats anchor and party the remainder of the day. There are an easy amount of steps to the dock and the dock was able to accommodate three boats. Can’t wait to come back!!

Best Weekend Away!!

We loved everything about our stay at Good Company!! On our way down, Candance text me to check in and make sure everything was good to go. She also went out of her way to make sure we could get in once we arrived. This weekend was a girls weekend trip for women from all over and it was the perfect get away and meeting point for us all. Everything was clean & we were never without anything we needed. We even had a bit of rain, but still made the best of it. The cove off the main part of the lake is so relaxing and quiet. We also rented a boat while we were there and went to the closest marina for food. Everyone we encountered was kind and also only had amazing things to say about the owners. We are already discussing going back next year. Thank you!

Beautiful scenary, awesome house

Good company met our expectations and more. We had a large party as we were in town for a graduation. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, spacious and anything you would need in your home was there. From the kitchen to the bedrooms. My family had such a good time, from the kids to the adults and kept on saying this was the best home rental we had been to. So Mike and Candace, job well done and thank-you for opening your home to us this past weekend.

Beautiful Lake House

Our group really enjoyed our weekend at Good Company! The house was very clean and more than big enough to accommodate our 12 person group. Our group was visiting from out of town for a weekend golf outing. The Greens at Deerfield golf course was an easy drive from this location. It was too cold to get in the water, but this house has easy access to the water, which is located in a quite cove. Or you can just stay inside and play pool, darts, and or shuffle board. Also, there are TVs in all common areas. I would definitely rent this house again but would plan on staying longer next time.

Great Place for a Large Family

Our family stayed for 4 nights at Good Company. The house is well kept, and was very clean when we arrived. It is well stocked for preparing meals, including plenty of dishes, glasses, cups and flatware. The kitchen area has two refrigerators and enough table space for our family of 13. Mike and Candace were very responsive to questions, both prior to arrival, and during our stay. The staff (Kim, Floyd and Robin) were very helpful and friendly. They take pride in their work and work to insure that your stay is pleasant and comfortable as possible. We had a great time and would highly recommend Good Company for a large group or family get together.
