This beautiful and stylish duplex appartment overlooks Arenl's bay. It is located in a peaceful resort, only 5 minutes walk to a long shallow beach, ideal for kids, and to local amenities and basic services (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc).The appartment has a front terrace with table and chairs for seating up to ten. The living area, with large windows facing the sea, has TV, CD/Radio player. The kitchen is provided with all necessary facilities (modern vitroceramic kitchen, oven, fridge, washing machine, etc). Upstairs, there are 2 full bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms, with balconies looking to the sea or to the pool and gardens of the resort.

Wonderful apartment with stunning views and in a great location!

This apartment had everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The views are just breath taking and the apartment is spacious, we were a family of 4 and had so much space and the efficient WiFi was pleasing for the kids::) The area itself is just perfect for families, with bars, restaurants and a beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. The steps and hills may not be the best for the elderly but jolly good for the thighs. The swimming pool was mainly quiet in the day and a bit more busy in the evening, it was cleaned regular and situation perfect outside the appartment. So thank you Elsa, we will be sure to recommend and stay again in the future.

A truely wonderful stay in Menorca

We just returned from a wonderful two week stay at Meghan. The apartment complex itself is small and well kept with a lovely grass and pool area. The pool is beautiful and I particularly liked the separate shallow end for the little ones.

The location couldn't be more convenient. You have a supermarket right across the road with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. You can also walk to everything in Arenal in less than 10 minutes. The closest beach is just down a few steps to the left of the property and it is lovely and quiet compared to the main beach. Do yourself a favour and explore the rocks and small bays off the beach!

The apartment itself has the most spectacular view. It really is breathtaking and was wonderful to come home to each day after exploring the island. You have everything you need, including plenty of towels and all the kitchen equipmemt to prepare home cooked meals.

The three bedrooms are a good size, clean and with good storage. The matresses in the master bedroom and twin bed room could be more comfortable, otherwise everything is perfect.

The bathrooms are dated, but clean and have everything you need in them.

Overall, I would highly reccommend staying here. It was perfect for a family of 5 with three children aged (2,7 and 10).

If you are looking for restaurant reccommendations, my fav was Blue Arenal.

Comfortable apartment with lovely views of bay

Spent a fortnight at the apartment with our 2 sons & a mate. Plenty of room for five. Most time was spent on balcony which was spacious and, being end terrace, had bay view to northeast and sea view to west. Adjacent to pool which was only busy on sundays. Hot at night (July) but noise from road below at night so we closed windows and slept with fan running. Kitchen fairly well equipped though only one tray in oven.

Great location just a couple of minutes from town beach and 3 minutes from Cami de Cavells path across cliff top to Son Parc.

Recommend this apartment for location, views, proximity to pool & beach, supermarket 1 minute walk.

Drawbacks : noise from neighbouring complex (talent show etc), noise from road below, need to keep windows closed at night.

great apartment with stunning views

the apartment was as described , lots of room and very clean and comfortable , we had everything we needed for our stay. the pool was steps away from the front door and it felt like a private pool In the morning as it was rarely used by other people , it was a little busier in the afternoon but still quiet , lovely.

the balcony area was our favourite place to eat and relax , it is worth coming here for the view alone , just stunning.

maybe not a good place for those with mobility problems as although the beach is minutes away there are a lot of steps and the resort is hilly in general.

there is a nice restaurant opposite where you can use the pool for the price of a drink which we enjoyed. also a supermarket where you can buy fresh bread and most other things you need.

bus stops are near from which you can easily visit other parts of the island and a little train to take you to other nearby places.

we loved it and didn't want to leave, we would certainly return.
