Cape Harbour is a wonderful destination as there are many amenities right in the complex including restaurants, shops, pools, tennis courts, fitness center, places for walking or jogging in a very upscale area of Cape Coral. This location is a conveninent drive to go to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Ft. Myers Baseball complexes, Tangiers Shopping Mall and is only a 35 minute drive from the Ft. Myers International Airport (RSW).

The view from the condo is spectacular as it is an end unit and overlooks the Harbor and Southwest Cape Coral and also the Calhousahacchee River, Ft. Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. You can watch the Yachts go out from the Marina, listen to the music at the Joint, sun by the pool or just enjoy the sun on the screened lanai.

The beds have pillow tops and you will melt into them at the end of the day. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen in the second bedroom. Each of the bedrooms and the living room have patio doors that go out to the lanai.

There is a dining table and four chairs out on the lanai and you can enjoy the sunset and cocktails right from that spot.

The kitchen is fully stocked including cookbooks if you chose to do your own cooking. There is a Publix grocery store right on your way to the condo and is only about 1-1/2 miles away.

Beautiful condo in Cape Harbour, Cape Coral, Florida

Jana's condo was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. The condo was decorated with perfection, and was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The view from the 13th floor balcony was lovely. We even enjoyed the live bands that played a few times a week. The place is dog friendly so my little guy enjoyed it too. The restaurants in the immediate walking area were wonderful, and we loved the convenience of the coffee shop. I think we would have liked a nicer pool, it was rather small, but was ok. We were at the condo for the month of February and wished we would have stayed for March too!! Definitely worth renting if you have the chance!!

We loved the condo. Everything imaginable was available. We’ve stayed at several other condos in the complex and loved this one the best. So much so we booked for next year. Clean, comfy and great views.

One of the best

Just enjoyed another month stay. This condo is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. It doesn’t feel like a rental property. This year we found new bedroom furniture, and a spice rack with anything you might need. We’ve already booked next year. Jana, thank you!

Safe place to stay beautiful area

Second stay at this condo. Perfect last year rented one week 2016. This year rented unit for one month and unfortnately had noise issue coming from somewhere above the unit. We were disturbed by noises that made loud screeches dragging. Since we don’t live here and are unsure of the layout with floor above us we reached out to the owner as our prior stay year before was very quiet. Owner made contact with unit above us to try and identify noise and its still a mystery which unit was moving things around. This happened over a week off and on Thanksgiving week and we found it bothersome. Also condo complex lets motorcycles park directly below unit and on nights there is live music some of them speed off and rev them up over and over this should be enforced so its not disruptive. Unit was clean but it was the little things blood spatters bathroom door I cleaned it up maid missed it. Dirty coffee scoop some utensils in drawer again I cleaned. Unit is to be non smoking but we found glass that had been used as ashtray back up with clean dishes in cabinet. The unit is nicely furnished but too cluttered with fake plants everywhere would be nice to have more open space. Water pressure very weak master bath and water heater set to minimum be prepared you have to turn all the way to hot and then wait it did get warm but you won’t get a hot bath here. Beds were comfortable and sheets. We found the two swivel chairs too low hard to climb out of. Owner will check on you also stop in more than likely the pics on site show zero gravity chairs but they were removed for our stay. Owner then texted she had bought new zero gravity chairs they were being delivered and she needed to run them over exact same one’s from picture that were gone then back. Nice to have washer/dryer but the dryer squeeks badly and yiu have to hold down handle master bathroom toilet or it won’t flush. Toilet was clogged first time we used it. Owner quickly responded fixed right away which we appreciated. So plus side safe condo complex clean mostly and secure parking. Marina area very nice shops dining fun to go for a walk lovely area. Unit is very nice enjoyed the lanai. Cape Coral is a nice community. Downside loud motorcycles noise issue we experienced might have been an isolated week just bad timing it was during our stay. Owner pleasant to deal with quick response.

Owner's Response: Marie, I'm sorry to hear that you felt your stay at my condo is anything less than stellar first-rate - five star. I strive for that with every guest. Cape Harbour has a festive gathering at the marina on Tuesdays that are enjoyed by a great many of my guests. You would definitely want to close the insulated hurricane doors if you wanted to keep that sound out between 6 and 10pm on Tuesday evenings. I make every effort to ensure all my condos are meticulously clean between guests. My apologies if anything was missed. The homey surroundings that are enjoyed by most of my guests are exactly as depicted in the pictures as were the gravity chairs that I replaced because the original ones looked worn and the new ones were to come before your stay, but ended up not getting delivered until 2 days after the beginning of your stay. The water heater was just replaced and the temperature set by the plumber - it is unfortunate that you didn't let me know you would have liked it hotter, because it would not have been a problem to address that as well as any of your other concerns during your stay. Beautiful Condo overlooking the water

This is the second time I have stayed at this condo. It is on the 13th floor overlooking the marina and the views are just breathtaking. The condo is exceptionally clean and has absolutely everything you need. It is in a fantastic neighborhood with music nightly.

Car: recommended

Cape Harbour is a fantastic location where you can enjoy many activities without ever leaving the grounds. There are many restaurants right in the complex as well as shopping. There is live bands on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday that is all free entertainment.

Walk across the street to rent a boat and go out on the Gulf for a day or take one of the day trips and enjoy a boat tour.

Please note I do not charge a damage deposit. I would much prefer you let me know if something breaks during your stay so that I can get it fixed. Also, please let me know right away if anything is broken or missing when you check in, so that I might be able to rectify during your stay. Thank you.

CANCELLATIONS –Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent, unless Jana is able to rent those nights.

MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. Again, refund will depend if Jana is able to rent those nights held originally.

I always recommend travel insurance for those unforeseen illnesses or accidents.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
