Brillat-Savarin) Here at Hawksridge, our overriding goal is to see to your complete satisfaction and ultimate happiness when you choose to vacation in our home located just outside of Park City, Utah. Hawksridge was chosen as the name for this home because of its stunning location on the ridge of the mountain, with lots of open sky and opportunity to experience the wildlife in the area.

This is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome with more than 3100 square feet of luxury living space. You will love the open living room, dining and kitchen area and beautiful slate tile flooring and state-of-the-art Wolf and Subzero kitchen appliances. This is the perfect home for larger parties, yet couples can enjoy their own privacy as three of the bedrooms have en-suite bath areas.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements include two King, two Queen, and one Bunk with single over full bed and trundle, plus a portable crib and Pack 'N Play for the little one.

Located just a few minutes east of Park City, this home sits in a quiet mountain community and includes access to a 4100 sq ft clubhouse featuring a theater room, exercise center, hot tub and pool. Don't want to take the walk to the end of the street to enjoy the hot tub? Turn on the music and hop into your beautiful private hot tub on your own back patio.

At Hawksridge, you are close enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of downtown Park City (only five short minutes by car), yet far enough away to unwind after a long day of skiing, biking, hiking, or any of the other activities that Park City and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Why Laura Falter chose Heber City

Location was critical. Easy access to the Salt Lake International Airport (just 39 minutes away) was a must. To find a home just five minutes from downtown Park City and within 15 minutes of three major ski resorts (Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons) made this the ideal vacation home.

The area is world-renowned for its winter sports, but this place offers a bounty of year-round activities, including hiking, boating and fishing at the Jordanelle Reservoir (just 5 minutes away). All summer long you can find art and music festivals, outlet shopping, and fine dining. Even kids will enjoy Park City with its Alpine Slide and kid-friendly adventure activities.

What makes this townhome unique

If cooking is your passion, you have found the right vacation home. Not only will you be working with state-of-the art appliances, but we have also included items such as a Pannini Press, Blendtec, KitchenAid, and Ice Cream Maker. Open the kitchen pantry, and you will find it stocked with cereal, soups, and other food staples, including oils, flour, sugar, and even chocoloate chips -- if you want to bake a batch of cookies, all the ingredients are there for you. Great house, very well equipped, highly recommended!

My family all flew into Park City for a reunion and we stayed at this house. It was terrific, exceeded our expectations and suited our family very well. The bedrooms are large and roomy, and the house was impeccably clean. The kitchen is a dream, with top-end appliances (large and small) and cookware, and the pantry shelves were well stocked. The homeowners were easy to call and quickly answered any questions we had by either email or text. If we go back to Park City for another family reunion, we would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect rental for get away to Park City

We loved our stay at Hawksridge! The home was spacious, the kitchen stocked with every top notch appliance and kitchen gadget you could ever need, with fun games, DVDs, and books to fill any second you're not over in Park City. It only took us 7 min to be at Kimball Junction for shopping, 6 min to Park City downtown for fun on the mountain. We all preferred being a little further from all the hustle and bustle of Park City; we had great fun riding the tram and hiking the mountainside, eating downtown, shopping at the outlets, and playing tennis & pickleball on the Park City side of the valley, and then retreating back to the peace and quiet of Hawksridge in the late afternoon. Laura was wonderful to communicate with; she even left us breakfast items in her fridge for us! The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable and private. With four adult children and their spouses joining us for a "no grandkids" weekend, the bedroom situation was very accomodating. The garage easily fit three cars and the driveway fits two more. The townhome is on the very end of a street, which makes an extra private patio and hot tub area. We could hear a few neighbors right next door on the patio when they were enjoying sometime outdoors, but there are no other neighbors to the other side, or above you, so you can really relax and enjoy the peacefulness of Hawksridge. This home is perfect! Anything you could think of, Laura has planned for...extra chairs, bedding, cribs, etc. Our family LOVED their vacation at Hawksridge and we look forward to coming again and again! Thank you!

Beautiful Home

Hawksridge is a beautiful place to stay. Each year our family takes a vacation to Park City. This is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. The home is well stocked and was very clean. Laura was great to work with. By accident we had left a few clothing items behind. She contacted me right away and even mailed them directly to my home. Now that's service!

We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Awesome stay!

Stayed here for a work retreat and everything was amazing. The house is super clean and stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The host is extremely nice and goes above and beyond to make sure that you enjoy your stay. She even mailed some items that were left in a drawer. I definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.
