Brillat-Savarin) Here at Hawksridge, our overriding goal is to see to your complete satisfaction and ultimate happiness when you choose to vacation in our home located just outside of Park City, Utah. Hawksridge was chosen as the name for this home because of its stunning location on the ridge of the mountain, with lots of open sky and opportunity to experience the wildlife in the area.

This is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom townhome with more than 3100 square feet of luxury living space. You will love the open living room, dining and kitchen area and beautiful slate tile flooring and state-of-the-art Wolf and Subzero kitchen appliances. This is the perfect home for larger parties, yet couples can enjoy their own privacy as three of the bedrooms have en-suite bath areas.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements include two King, two Queen, and one Bunk with single over full bed and trundle, plus a portable crib and Pack 'N Play for the little one.

Located just a few minutes east of Park City, this home sits in a quiet mountain community and includes access to a 4100 sq ft clubhouse featuring a theater room, exercise center, hot tub and pool. Don't want to take the walk to the end of the street to enjoy the hot tub? Turn on the music and hop into your beautiful private hot tub on your own back patio.

At Hawksridge, you are close enough to enjoy the sights and sounds of downtown Park City (only five short minutes by car), yet far enough away to unwind after a long day of skiing, biking, hiking, or any of the other activities that Park City and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Why Laura Falter chose Utah

Location was critical. Easy access to the Salt Lake International Airport (just 39 minutes away) was a must. To find a home just five minutes from downtown Park City and within 15 minutes of three major ski resorts (Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons) made this the ideal vacation home.

The area is world-renowned for its winter sports, but this place offers a bounty of year-round activities, including hiking, boating and fishing at the Jordanelle Reservoir (just 5 minutes away). All summer long you can find art and music festivals, outlet shopping, and fine dining. Even kids will enjoy Park City with its Alpine Slide and kid-friendly adventure activities.

What makes this townhome unique

If cooking is your passion, you have found the right vacation home. Not only will you be working with state-of-the art appliances, but we have also included items such as a Pannini Press, Blendtec, KitchenAid, and Ice Cream Maker. Open the kitchen pantry, and you will find it stocked with cereal, soups, and other food staples, including oils, flour, sugar, and even chocoloate chips -- if you want to bake a batch of cookies, all the ingredients are there for you. Highly recommend this home away from home!

We recently stayed at Hawksridge for a family reunion. We can't say enough positive things about this beautiful home and neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable accommodations for the 12 of us. Quiet area but close enough to activities in Heber & Park City. We loved every part of the home from the extremely well stocked kitchen, relaxing outdoor patio, very comfortable beds with room for children to sleep while the rest of us played games. This is a very well thought out floor plan. We enjoyed the club house pool for an afternoon as well. Gayle was more than kind and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this home!

Owner's Response: It is our goal to keep Hawksridge in like-new condition. We value the input of our guests, and if they ever find anything amiss, we promise to take quick attention to make things right. Unfortunately, because we were informed of a concern about our oven over the 4th of July weekend, we could not get a repairman up to check the oven until the morning of their departure on July 5th. The guest notified us that they were having difficulty operating our professional-grade Wolfe range oven. Upon notification of the issue, we immediately called a repairman. After thorough testing. the technician reported that the range was operating within all normal parameters. He explained that these high-end appliances take significantly longer to pre-heat because the coils are underneath the oven box, rather than exposed as in most lower-end appliances. However, this technology allows for baking perfection. Patience is the key to a beautiful baking experience with Wolfe appliances! It really is unfortunate that our guests were not able to experience the pleasure of cooking on professional-grade equipment.

Home away from home

We stayed in this lovely home with our kids, their spouses, and grandkids. Each of the couples were able to have their own room. We were able to fix family meals in the large well equipped kitchen. It was close to Jordanelle Reservoir and to Park city for the activities we did. We enjoyed going to the clubhouse pool to relax. The home was really well kept and clean. We had 4 cars and were able to use the garage and the driveway for parking. We enjoyed sitting in the family room to visit and play games. It was a wonderful place to have a family getaway. We couldn't have been more pleased.

This beautifully decorated and clean townhouse exceeded our expectations. I thought the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with utensils, dishes, and pantry items.

The location had good access to the highway for Park City, Midway, Heber City and Provo Canyon.

The owners were very quick to respond to texts and very helpful and pleasant.

We would stay there again if we had the opportunity.
