Spacious Waterfront Home - Stunning Rocket Launch View

An exquisite 1-acre, gated, riverfront property right across from the NASA/VAB building. We have the closest dock to the launchpad, perfect rocket launch views! A private home equipped with a pool and spa. Eloquently furnished throughout. Free WiFi available to guests. Located 3 miles from interstate 95, 8 miles to 528 toll road, 10 miles to Playalinda beach, 12 miles to Cocoa Beach, and less than an hour to all Disney/Universal attractions!

Things to note before booking:
*Owner does live on premises in separate apartment with private access.
*Garages are not available for parking inside. There is ample parking space in driveway for vehicles. We only ask not to park in front of the 2 garage doors on the left.
*We have one doorbell security camera facing the driveway. It will be on during your stay.
*The dock is not suitable for boat storage (no canal or boat lift). The water is very shallow (There is a boat ramp 4 miles from the house located at Parrish Park).
*There is a fee to heat the pool/spa. Fees are based on length of stay. Temperature will be maintained at 87 degrees.

*Please note that if the amount of guests exceeds more than 6, there is a $25 fee per person per night*

**Weddings and Events are welcomed and incur additional fees and require our approval after we confirm a mutually good fit via telephone. Any event at the house requires payment for a total of 11 overnight guests. VRBO guidelines do not allow either party to view contact information. A booking must be made for us to contact you to hear details about your special occasion. Should you decide our home is not a good fit for your occasion, you can cancel your booking. If an event occurs during your stay without owner approval, additional fees will be processed through VRBO.**

Waterfront home

Enjoyed our stay. House was clean, well stocked and worked great for our group. Larry was very helpful. Great view of three rocket launches.

Interesting property with a great view

Spectacular views from the house, over the Indian River with the Cape Kennedy missile complex in the distance. Great sunrises. The house is very interesting, with more bedrooms than the four of us needed. A lot of attention to detail in the construction with pie plate ceilings and rounded corners; it was built by Larry in 2009. The backyard spa and pool are very nice, and Larry is readily available for any help you may need.

Gorgeous views but property needs some repairs.

Stunning waterfront views and gorgeous yard and dock, however a number of window and exterior door headers have severe water damage. Flooring in dining room has been warped due to water damage and a number of switches do not work. The carbon monoxide sensor went off a couple of times and the host came to correct. The front bedroom has a gas water heater in the closet that seemed to be leaking though as there was a smell of gas in that room on the last night. The pool also had several water fountain features that were broken. The showers are single person and the purple tub could not be stopped up to bath the kids. The beds are rock hard also. This could be a really awesome property with some additional TLC. We will not rebook this location.

The owner, doesn’t do the scheduling himself, was not expecting us. He had contractors doing work on the property. He was expecting us the next day. I did have a VERY HARD time getting the lady that does his booking to add our whole stay to the calendar. I paid extra for air mattresses that were not delivered till the second night. So when people that were going to use them had the impression there was nothing for them to sleep on when they came in the middle of the night. They ended up getting a hotel room in the middle of the night and didn’t stay the whole time. So I do feel like we were over charged for the air mattresses. We were thrilled about the rocked launch !!! We enjoyed the kayaks and walking the pier. We saw dolphins and stingrays. Larry brought us ice. Very nice. I was not pleased when I showed up and Larry didn’t know that the heated pool was already paid for. He was telling my brother he could pay him cash to heat the pool. The hot tub does need a safety rail for everyone to enjoy it. My parents and I were unable to get in and out safely. The home itself is Amazing as far as space for all ten of us. I am disappointed the air mattress weren’t visible the first night and that I paid for people to stay and ultimately they left when we didn’t know. I also live in Florida, so I understand about water damage and everything. My parents don’t, so they were worried water going to come in because of the damage on the wall facing the water.

Beautiful Waterfront

Everything about the home was wonderful. We enjoyed walking along and fishing from the pier. The kitchen was well equipped and the decor was attractive. The owner was helpful as we had no idea how to turn on the heat. The only glitch was the place was not ready to be occupied when we arrive at 4:00 and we had to wait outside while they finished cleaning.
