Highly upgraded pristine condo! Enjoy the best of living at the beach in this unit with its many upgrades and beautiful furnishings.This newly remodeled condo has a small ocean view and is steps to the ocean. The unit has travertine tile floors and granite counters with new kithen cabinets and appliances. The kitchen is uniquely lit with under-cabinet or over cabinet lighting as well as adjustable can and overhead lighting. It is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, stir fry pan, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice maker, and baking supplies. The bathroom has a double headed, walk-in shower, custom styled with travertine and tile throughout. The under-cabinet, motion sensing lighting provides an attractive night light in the bathroom. A queen bed in the bedroom has a new Sealy Posturpidic Performance mattress and fine linens. A new pull out queen bed in the living room has a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bedroom has a lighted closet with built in drawers, cabinets, hanging rods and hangers. The living room and dining area are carpeted. There is a drop leaf table to seat 4 for meals, as well as a large counter with 4 padded, swivel stools for casual dining. A 48" HD smart TV with streaming and DVD are connected to cable. Wireless internet is available. The deck off the living room gives a peek at the ocean on the left and the Bay on the right as well as a view of the San Diego skyline, while you relax or use the grill. There is a table and 2 chairs on the deck. You can also see the fireworks from SeaWorld on summer evenings.

There is an elevator as well as 2 sets of stairs. Private parking for one car is provided in a gated, enclosed, secure garage. All doors to garage and condo are secure key-access only. Three bicycles are available with a travel lock. Beach is steps away and the Mission Bay is just across the street.

We bought the condo to be near our daughter and her family. We have grandsons age 13 and and 11and 7 year old twin granddaughter and grandson, who live in San Diego. We also love the ocean and milder weather in the winter.

Great location with great value!

Maxine was great and met us the moment that we arrived. There was a fresh pie and bottle of wine to help get our vacation started ! Great location so close to the beach. We walked the beach every morning and accessibility to the local shops and restaurants was convenient! Definitely looking forward to our next stay there!

Very clean. Close to the beach. Assigned parking in gated garage was amazing!

We loved our stay and loved this condo. Condo was very clean, had everything we needed, including beach toys and bicycles. The gated garage with assigned spot was amazing. The condo is about 30 seconds from the beach and surrounded by restaurants and markets, so very convenient. We can’t wait to go back again and will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home away from home.

This was a beautiful condo, close to two beaches. It was very comfortable and near several great restaurants. Bonnie was very accommodating and helped ensure there were no allergens as well as options for our baby. Would highly recommend.

Schönes Domizil in der 2. Reihe vom Mission Beach

Die Strandhäuser am Mission Beach haben ihr ganz eigenes Flair, sind aber meist unerschwinglich. Wir wollten ein paar Tage Teil der Mission Beach Szene sein und haben uns im Appartment von Bonnie und Stuart eingemietet. Man ist nicht ganz vorn am Strand (in der 2. Reihe), aber im 2. Stock über den Nachbarn (es gibt noch einen 3. Stock im Haus). Es gibt in dem Appartment einen kleinen Balkon nach Süd-Osten, auf dem sich trefflich frühstücken und abends chillen läßt. Die Kneipen-Zone von POB ist mehr als 500m entfernt, es ist also eher ruhig, nur die echten Einheimischen ratschen abends noch vor ihren Häuschen. das Beste an dem Appartment ist, dass es die Eigentümer selbst in Gebrauch haben. Es ist also alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und zur Bequemlichkeit braucht, incl. Gas-Grill und Buggi-Boards für die Wellen. Das Bad ist groß und hell, so dass selbst Kontaktlinsen-Träger gut klarkommen. Die Garage im Erdgeschoß ist so großzügig bemessen, dass man problemlos einen Pickup parken könnte. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect location to Mission Beach

Loved our vacation in Mission Beach 9/3 - 9/9/17. The condo accommodations were perfect and couldn't ask for better access to the beach. Couldn't get the TV to work properly the first night but Maxine was on top of it the following morning. A bit hot the first night but we found if we left the front door open with the screen door locked and the patio door open we got a nice breeze. We walked to the nearby restaurants and Ralph's grocery store - no rental car for us. Right on the bus route to Old Town San Diego. Loved the beach - literally 47 yards from the front door to the boardwalk/beach. My husband counted it off! We enjoyed the nice little patio in the evenings. Thanks to Maxine for the welcome gift of champagne and orange juice to help celebrate our anniversary. Perfect condo and furnishings, loved the dual shower space, great for couples wanting a romantic get-away. Must trys: Rubicon Deli and The Mission both across the street. Thanks for the lovely memories!

Great condo in great location

We really enjoy the Mission Beach/Pacific Beach area. This condo is very well located in the middle. The unit is very clean and has been updated with granite tops and tile shower. It's a short walk to the beach. Ralph's market and restaurants are nearby. The building has secure parking under ground. Bicycles are supplied so you don't have to rent them. Great area for walking and biking. The owner is very honest and easy to work with. We have stayed there before and will definitely stay again.

Hear the ocean from the unit. Walk 50 steps to the beach. Mission Bay is across the street for a quiet stroll or bike ride. A variety of cafes, restaurants and shops are immediately outside or in easy walking distance. Belmont Amusement Park with the historic wooden roller coaster and the Plunge, a huge indoor pool and wave pool are just a few blocks away. Catch the bus outside the door or drive to Old Towne or other San Diego sites. Sea World is 2 miles away with bike trails all the way. There are numerous bike bike trails around Mission Bay and the area, including the 3 mile Ocean Walk from Pacific Beach to Ocean Beach. The Santa Clara Recreation Center and the Mission Bay Aquatic Center on Mission Bay offer classes and rental equipment such as kayaks, surf boards, stand-up paddle boards, sailboats, etc at very reasonable prices. Golf at Mission Bay Golf Course minutes away or the Torrey Pines Course 20 minutes North. The Mission Bay Public Parks offer lots of sites for walking, biking and relaxing. Nearby Point Loma, only minutes away is a great place for ship watching. There is much to do!
