This one-bedroom, one-bath condominium is located in the Garden District proper, just off Saint Charles Avenue. You have a view of the streetcar line from the front of the courtyard. The condominium opens to a large common courtyard, with a smaller more private area just outside the front door. There is off-street parking for one car. The Historic St Charles Streetcar is just around the corner.
The updates continue! New Floors Summer 2016! this condo was totally renovated recently, new appliances, and very nice furnishings make this cozy condominium very livable. The kitchen is small but very functional. The stove is glass surface with a convection oven. There is a built-in microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a TV/DVD. The updated bath has an extra-deep spa tub/shower with glass enclosure. There is a queen-size, inner-spring, sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a dvd, book, and music collection for your enjoyment.
This is a small, quiet, condo complex. Please respect our quiet time 11 pm - 8 am.
We have video surveillance of the courtyard and parking to help ensure that you have a safe and quiet stay.

Loved our little getaway in the Garden District. Everything in the condo that we needed. Clean and modern and very secure. We started our day in the lovely garden area with morning coffee, and ended our day with a cold drink in the garden area. Private and lovely.
Cant beat the location. Close to everything.
The little store/gas station at the corner of Louisiana and carondelet, has fabulous sandwiches and hot food as well. Easy dinners when your days are busy. I would also recommend renting bicycles. You see so much of the beautiful city!

On our first trip to the Big Easy, this was the perfect location for our stay! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and such a close walk to the St Charles street car, groceries, coffee and anywhere we wanted to eat and roam! This little condo was very clean and had all amenities to make us feel at home. When we happened to be "home" we spent a lot of time in the outside court yard with multiple seating areas, surrounded by beautiful large potted plants. Our neighboring host gave us awesome recommendations for great food! Thank you- we'll surely be recommending this rental to anyone heading to NOLA!
Parked our car with many sites and food in walking distance. The St Charles trolley stop a block away took us to Bourbon Street.

Great location, street car one block, Fresh Market Foods on block (love this place), pharmacy one block, lots of great restaurants nearby, great place, new orleans charm, clean, highly recommend, will use again.
We are so lucky to have found this condo in a quiet neighborhood on St. Charles Avenue. The price was hard to believe and it was so convenient. Fresh Market and the streetcar are a 2 minute walk. We walked every street in the Garden District and were a quick walk away from our family wedding at The Elms Mansion. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on our private courtyard. We have already recommended it to friends.
I've stayed in this condo before and I'll keep coming back. It's beautifully decorated, and supplied with everything you might need. The kitchen is a dream! The courtyard is gorgeous! Less than a block to the streetcar stop and just a few blocks to Magazine Street, where we spend most of our time. The more we stay here, the more we love NOLA. Absolutely perfect!
