This one-bedroom, one-bath condominium is located in the Garden District proper, just off Saint Charles Avenue. You have a view of the streetcar line from the front of the courtyard. The condominium opens to a large common courtyard, with a smaller more private area just outside the front door. There is off-street parking for one car. The Historic St Charles Streetcar is just around the corner.
The building was totally renovated recently, new appliances, and very nice furnishings make this cozy condominium very livable. The kitchen is small but very functional. The stove is glass surface with a convection oven. There is a built-in microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a TV/DVD. The updated bath has an extra-deep spa tub/shower with glass enclosure. There is a queen-size, inner-spring, sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a dvd, book, and music collection for your enjoyment.
This is a small, quiet, condo complex. Please respect our quiet time 11 pm - 8 am.
We have video surveillance of the courtyard and parking to help ensure that you have a safe and quiet stay.

I've stayed in this condo before and I'll keep coming back. It's beautifully decorated, and supplied with everything you might need. The kitchen is a dream! The courtyard is gorgeous! Less than a block to the streetcar stop and just a few blocks to Magazine Street, where we spend most of our time. The more we stay here, the more we love NOLA. Absolutely perfect!
The pictures represent the property well. Nice, clean, perfect location. Did have a car and didn't need one. Lots of options close by.street car was great transportation and cheap. The place is a little dark inside but everything else was spot on. We would stay there again. Thanks.

This is a terrific location - just off St Charles in the heart of the Garden District.
The apartment itself is just like the photos. Having the separate bedroom and kitchen facilities is so much better than a hotel room. It is very comfortable for two, but would feel tight for any more. The whirlpool tub plus shower-door track is a little high for stepping in and out of the shower. Wifi was okay.
We came (carless) to NOLA to taste all the local specialties, and Jim, the owner, gave us some suggestions for great restaurants in the neighborhood. We were never tempted by the nearby Church of the Golden Arches. The walk to Magazine St shops and restaurants is a stroll of flowers and architecture with Mardi Gras beads hanging from the oak limbs. Be careful of sidewalks buckled by 100-year-old tree roots.
Canal St is a 20-min streetcar ride (Don't call them trolleys!), but their lack of punctuality requires you to adopt New Orleans time. For those in a hurry, Uber. Joggers enjoy the lines between streetcars.
All in all, the condo and neighborhood along with the friendly locals and great cuisine made this one of our favorite weekend get-aways.
The place was comfortable and well equipped. Jacuzzi was welcome. Clean and tidy and quiet. Full of character. Safe and secure. The only negative was that wi-fi never worked. The location was amazing. One block from St. Charles streetcar. One block from Fresh Market and Rite Aid. We will certainly book again, if available. We followed Frank's helpful tips on dining and getting around. Thanks so much!!
If you are looking for a well-appointed, convenient, safe, quiet place to stay in New Orleans, this is it. We had a great week, and having this restful spot to return to each day was perfect. Because it is so very close to the trolley, Fresh Market, and Rite-Aid we did not need a car - we rode the trolley every day and never had to wait long for that fun ride. The condo is clean and cozy, with all that you need for a restful vacation.... we appreciated the quiet and also the opportunity to sit on the nice patio amongst the plants and sunshine every day -
