We really enjoyed staying there and having a nice, safe, place to park, and it was close to fwy and shopping. Just couldn’t figure out how to work the AC units. Thx for the great deal!

Nice place. Two stories apt. Not far from shopping. Building secured. Private parking. Swimming pool. Nice landlord.

Excellent Apartment of this class kept extremely clean. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner and Wife.

As for the Apartment itself, from the kind, courteous, and friendly owners, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms with very well equipped kitchen, cosy common areas - our experience was nothing less than exceptional. The Ultra Big La Gavia Shopping Centre with IKEA is within short walking distance (just a few minutes). The Metro is excellent. I Would most highly recommend this Place to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. My Family Sends the owners the Best and good look. We will be seeing you again. Thanks so Much. Merci !

Wonderful Stay

This apartment exceeded my expectations. I arrived and found it looked exactly as the pictures on the website indicated. It was spacious, clean and very peaceful. This apartment provided me the opportunity to work on my dissertation, to relax and to just enjoy my surroundings. Although I was slightly disappointed that the pool area wasnt open, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Frederic was most attentive and caring. He made sure my arrival was smooth and without any issues even though I was late. My son was not able to join me until Wednesday and so I spent the first three days alone and I felt safe for the entire time. If I ever have the opportunity to return to Madrid, this will be my first choice as a place to stay. Frederic, thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your lovely abode with me! I pray many blessings to you and your family for your kindness.

Buen apartamento en general,buen trato con Frédéric muy comunicativo y muchas facilidades,el apartamento muy buena ubicación,cerca de Madrid con entrada al metro muy cerca buenos restaurantes para desayunar y comer menú como para comprar,hay cerca mercadona y un gran centro comercial "la gavia" tuvimos mala suerte en las fechas que estuvimos ya que nos pillo una ola de frío y estábamos en la calle a menos 2 grados cada día,menos mal que el apartamento estaba bien preparado para estar a gustos y cómodos en el apartamento,agradezco el trato del propietario ( Frédéric) un saludo y volveremos.

Schöne Tage in Madrid

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man so braucht. Zur Metro sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss und Supermärkte sind auch in Reichweite. Das Gebiet ist ein relativ neues Gebiet und sieht teilweise noch nicht fertiggestellt aus. Das tut dem ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter!
