Unusually large open plan apartment with high ceilings. There are 2 double beds (1 fixed on the mezzanine level accessed by ladder - ideal for youngsters or guest stop over), living area with TV and DVD player with selection of DVDs, dining area, built in wardrobes with sliding mirror doors, spacious hall, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom suite.

The apartment is located in a modern development with many amenities for residents only. These include a hotel style lobby entrance with concierge+CCTV for security, swimming pool with sauna, gym, table tennis table, great fun for all the family, communal garden and roof terrace; they are complimentary to the rent price.

To Secure the Booking: We require a 20% deposit to secure the booking. Once the deposit is received your requested dates will be marked as 'Unavailable' to any further inquiries.

Perfect apartment!

We (family with kids aged 5 and 7) just atayed for 3 nights in this perfect apartment. It was very comfortable and fully equipped and located perfectly (very near a Circle Line underground station, near a Central Line Station and buses). The kids loved the leisure options after a day full of sight seeing.

The owner Sue send very useful information about the apartment, the neighbourhood (supermarkets, restaurants) and transport to us on our first enquiry. She responded quickly to questions and welcomed us on our day of arrival to hand over the keys. She was very kind and helpful.

We can certainly recommend this apartment!

Accueillant, formidable

L'appartement est bien plus spacieux qu'il n'en donne l'air sur les photos, l'accueil est plus que chaleureux, humainement et matériellement ( nécessaire de premier repas, de douche...). La piscine a enchanté les enfants, l'emplacement est idéal (bus, métro près de Saint Pancras, de Picadilly, etc.... pub, boutiques, marché greatest ;-) ).

Bref, à la prochaine occasion nous y retournons !

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you. The apartment is in an excellent location - close to Farringdon tube. Near to lots of supermarkets for any supplies (though we ate out every night!). Tracey met us and was lovely and very helpful. The apartment was clean and all linens provided - including pool towels which was a bonus as the kids enjoyed using the pool (which was empty on each occasion we went). The sauna was great and we enjoyed table tennis too.

The apartment has everything you need, including tea, coffee, sugar various condiments like oil and vinegar (which I hate having to buy only to use just a couple of times). Leftover shampoos and shower gels are left in the bathroom and free to use if necessary so you really can travel light! Shower was amazing - really powerful and the beds were super comfy. The property offers excellent value for money for a family of 4. Overall a fantastic trip - would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.

Appartamento favoloso, accoglienza splendida, che dire da consigliare. Alla portata di tutti, e poi la piscina è la ciliegina sulla torta. Dopo aver camminato tutto il giorno farsi un bagno in un acqua calda al punto giusto non ha prezzo....

Apartamento perfecto para visitar Londres con niños.

Hemos estado alojados en el apartamento 6 días a principios de enero. Es confortable, muy limpio, y completamente equipado. La ubicación es muy buena: tiene enfrente paradas de bus, y razonablemente cerca 2 estaciones de metro. Con la tarjeta Oyster/Travelcard no tendréis problema en ir de forma muy rápida y fácil a cualquier zona de Londres. Hay un supermercado (7:00 a 23:00) prácticamente al lado, y restaurantes también muy cerca. La zona es muy tranquila, y era realmente agradable volver a casa por la noche después de un largo día recorriendo la ciudad y entrar en un apartamento tan cálido y acogedor. El edificio dispone de piscina climatizada, de horario libre. Todo es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Antes de la llegada, los propietarios (David y Sue) son muy atentos, proporcionando toda la información necesaria. Y una vez allí, Tracey, la señora que gestiona el apartamento para ellos, os recibe con gran simpatía y amabilidad: es un encanto. Hemos disfrutado de una estancia estupenda, y recomendamos totalmente este apartamento para familias que quieran visitar Londres.

The best place to stay in London!

The perfect location in London, especially for a family. Very cosy and clean, with all the comfort needed. Located in a quiet area, but still at a couple of minutes from train or subway, and thirty minutes walk to the monuments and squares of London, not to forget shopping streets. Tracey was very helpful and warm, thanks for all, this new year's eve was magical!

The building is located in the Clerkenwell Road between the West End and the City. It is ideally placed for sight seeing, shopping, or to visit London's many cultural attractions. The nearest stations are Chancery Lane on the Central Line and Farringdon (Circle, Hammersmith & City lines, with direct trains to Gatwick and Luton airports). Euston, Kings Cross and the Euro Star terminal at St Pancras are all within easy reach. Within 10-20 minutes walk you can be strolling along the Thames, visit Tate Modern, walk along the Strand, hunt for bargains in Covent Garden or visit the world famous opera. Russel Square and the British Museum are a short walk away as are the Angel, Islington, the Barbican, the Museum of London and St Pauls Cathedral.
