Orient Bay sea view studio

40 m² studio, with an 8 m² terrace in the Mont Vernon residence in Saint-Martin. Apartment building overlooking the sea (Orient Bay) with a very large pool located on the beach as well as 2 tennis courts. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished and ideally located with a beautiful sea view due to its situation on the 2nd floor.

Furnishings: equipped kitchen, king size bed (1.6 m wide), sofa-beds, coffee table, TV furniture, large closet, garden furniture...

Equipment: crockery, coffee machine, toaster, electric hob, microwave, washing machine (+ iron and iron table), TV.

Many studios are rented by the week in this wonderful apartment building. All the studios have the same size but they don't all have a sea view. In order to provide you the reality of the view, the good state of the housing and its equipment, we will send you a presentation file.

Stayed in apartment 1111 for a week. It was clean and provided all we needed for a wonderful week in St. Martin.

Très sympa

Avons loge 1 semaine dans ce studio en novembre.

Accueil chaleureux de la part d'Alexandra.

Le studio est très bien équipé (TV, clim, frigo, plaque chauffante, lave linge, grand lit, wifi) et décoré avéc gout.

Nous avons rencontré 1 problème de wifi qui a été pris en charge rapidement par Alexandra.

La résidence est très calme et bénéficie d'une grand piscine et d'un accès sur la BO.

Petit bémol : assez compliqué de se garer pour y accéder et la résidence est tout en escaliers.

Dans l'ensemble très satisfait.
