The house located 10 minutes west of the Hospitals. University,veterans , children's, Aurora center,and takes 5 minutes to Aurora Community College.
20 minutes east of downtown Denver.Aurora mall located 10 mile away.1 City park,the largest in Denver is only 15 minutes away and includes the zoo as well as the Nature and Science if you Museum. If you wanted to head up to Boulder or the mountains I-70 and I-270 are easily accessible.Even if you travel in business plan you have a desk and comfortable chair.

Golf/MLB/Rafting

Maria made things easy. Checking in went smooth. Room to cook, eat, and hang out. Lots of towels and the place was very clean. Easy Uber to downtown for the day and return after MLB game. Parking spot for large vehicle. As advertised.

Owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. House is clean. Rooms are good. Remodeled and decorated nicely. Close to expressways. It was located Several blocks from a low income area, recommend to avoid that spot I think north bog the house several blocks, but other than that this neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods were nice.

Stay for surgery and recovery

My son and I stayed in the house for 1 week during his surgery and recovery. Maria’s house is very conveniently located near the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Maria, the owner, was very pleasant and helpful. The snacks that she provided were very welcome!

Cute and quaint

Super clean and cute house!!! People do live in the basement but they do not bother and are super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!!!

Clean Property, Great for a Family Stay

The property looked exactly as advertised. It was very clean inside, but some aspects were a little dated (carpet, armchair). On the flip side, the bathroom was updated. There were tons of extra linens and towels. The beds were comfortable and it was great for our adult family of 4 to have our own space while traveling together. The house itself was slightly difficult to find, and the address is hidden by a big bush. The neighborhood seemed a little “sketchy”, but we felt 100% safe in the home and had no problems. I would stay here again and would recommend this property to family and friends!
