Good location
Good location, newly renovated kitchen. This property is close enough to the beach to walk. Parking not ideal. No elevators and you are on the 3rd floor, which is fine as long as you are aware of that. Other than that this place was great.

Great family space
This is one of the more roomy condos that we have stayed in in Kihei! Was perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen was well stocked - though the refrigerator is on the older side. I was very happy they had some beach equipment available! 4 beach chairs, some snorkels, 2 umbrellas a small cooler and various sand toys. It is about a 10 min walk to Kam II beach and a 12 minute walk to Kam III. Great location, beautiful grounds and quiet condo.

Convenient but some issues
Property was nice but the condo had very, very dirty carpet. We didn’t want the baby with us to even crawl on it and fridge was leaking water onto top shelf from somewhere and all door trays were broken so it really cut down on the useable size of the fridge and that made things challenging. Location was great though.
