This XVII century'property benefits from a secluded location in a magnificent setting.

Close to a sandy beach (with direct access), the cottage is set on 2800m2 of wooded land with a running stream against the background of rambling countryside.

Our property, secluded but not remote, is a haven of peace and tranquillity far from the bustling coast where you can profit from the sea and the quiet countryside.

Several footpaths for hikers surround the property

This 17th century property has 5 rooms on two levels : on ground floor (access via steps) you have an independent kitchen, the living-dining room with a large stone fireplace, 1 bathroom (shower and sink), 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Separate toilets.

On first floor : 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm).

Patio (35 m2) with garden furniture.

Sandy beach 60m away - several footpaths for hikers surround the property. Old mill uninhabited in the grounds but not available for rental.

Other activities: horse riding, sailing, golf (10 kms away). Shops 6 kms away - Lannion and Trebeurden 10 kms away

Ploumanach and Perros Guirec 20kms away.

Why Annick chose Lannion

After being unoccupied for many years, this old miller's house was first restored in the 60's and became the holiday home of our family. We had very great times in this house even when there was no electricity yet. Rest assured this is not the case anymore and for 16 years we have been very pleased to hosts many visitors in search of calm and authenticity.

On arrival we were very impressed of the beautiful small valley with this property as the only one in the valley. Only 80 m from the beach, we found stillness and relaxation. We liked to go to the beach and saw gorgious sunsets, as well as we used the big fireplace to end the days with some drinks. Lannion is a nice town with weekly market and some supermarkets. The coast is so beautiful, in similarity to Cornwall. We found everything exactly as described and we can say the fotos don't lie. All information we got was very good (route description etc.) and all rooms were clean and in good order. We would recommend this property to family and friends and would like to come back some time. We liked the beach bar for eating but mostly we cooked ourselves. This was one of our best holidays ever.

We had been looking forward to this holiday for 10 months and were delighted that everything was at least as good as we had hoped, often better. The house was charming and equiped just as per the advertising information. The area was magnificent and access to the beach, beach bar (19 different ways to have moules), walks etc were perfect. Perfect shopping was afforded in nearby Trebeurden and Lanion (just a short drive away) also local markets nearly every day. Total seclusion which was most important was almost complete. We did not want to return to Wales because of the beauty of the area the wonderful people towns villages countryside and spectacular scenery. Furnishings in the house were of lovely quality especially the antiques. One shower and toilet makes the use of the house only suitable for 4 adults and perhaps one child maximum. We had a very memorable holiday, perhaps the best that I have ever had (and I have travelled the whole world). Thank you Annick for allowing us to share your most delightful house by the beach.

Wunderschön, gemütlich und behagliche Atmosphäre

Annick ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin! Vom ersten Kontakt an herzlich, informativ und präsent bei der Übergabe, obwohl wir doch sehr spät angekommen sind! Wir hatten dann viel Sonne zu Anfang Oktober und verbrachten die Zeit nach dem Frühstück meist draußen. Die Terrasse ist sehr geschützt und großzügig. Die Abende im Haus vor dem riesigen offenen Kamin. Zu Beginn qualmt es ein wenig. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich vollständig. Die Küche hat einen Gasherd. Schöne Schlafzimmer. Großzügige Dusche. Der Garten ist schön angelegt. Wanderungen können vom Haus starten, eine Landschaft wie fast im Auenland. Der Strand selbst kann kaum besser sein: ein Katzensprung, Blick nach Westen auf den Sonnenuntergang, Muscheln sammeln, Bar de la Plage (nur in der Saison). Unsere Kinder (9 und 12 Jahre) waren permanent am Strand. Die Umgebung: Trebeurden ist im Oktober wie verlassen, aber Lannion ist sehr hübsch und noch lebendig. Wir mochten auch den Ausflug nach Beg Hent. Wir kommen sicher gern wieder!!! Merci.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig und das Haus selbst hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre.

Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Abende am großen, offenen Kamin waren wunderbar.

Die Gegend bietet wunderschöne Wanderwege, herrliche kleine Buchten und schöne kleine Orte.

Der Kontakt zu den sehr netten Vermietern war unkompliziert und wir sind mit vielen Infos und Tipps versorgt worden.

Wir bedanken uns für dieses herrliche Woche und freuen uns wiederzukommen.

Das geschmackvoll renovierte Haus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert war für uns (zu zweit) der perfekte Platz für wirklich ruhige Ferien in unbeschreiblich schöner Landschaft. Das Haus und der Garten sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Unschlagbar sind das große Grundstück, so dass man wirklich kaum gestört wird sowie die Lage im naturgeschützten Tal direkt am Strand (80 m), der zu unserer Reisezeit wenig frequentiert war.

Die Beschreibung trifft in allem genau zu. Die Abwicklung mit Annick und Yves war stets zügig, professionell und freundlich.

Die Ausstattung ist gut. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber.

Zu beachten vielleicht die Breite der Betten (Doppel 140 cm, Einzel 90 cm), falls man mit mehreren Personen anreist.

Herrliche Urlaubstage

Das Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage entsprach in jedem Punkt der Online-Beschreibung.

Das Haus hat Atmosphäre und ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Garten (eher ein Park) sehr gepflegt und perfekt an die Landschaft angepasst.

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war vor und während unseres Aufenthalts ausgezeichnet.

Wir können dieses Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

We are located between Lannion and Trebeurden, a few minutes drive from Perros-Guirec, Tregastel, Ploumanach the Pink Granite Coast and its fascinating rock formations. From our cottage you can access directly to the great sandy beach of Goas Lagorn.

Several footpaths for hikers surround the property(GR34).

From Paimpol (40 minutes drive) you are able to visit the Isle de Brehat famous for it's beautiful fauna and car free roads.

No final cleaning charged as long as the property is left clean and tidy.
A returnable deposit of 500€ is required in addition to the rental rate. This covers any breakages, damages, losses or excess cleaning costs should these arise. It will be returned within one week once a complete inventory has been completed.
