We really enjoyed our time at the appartment at canary wharf. Thank you for accommodating our special wishes at arrival (extra towels). I hope also, we left everything in goog condition.

I stayed in this place for business and ISIS staff were very helpfull. They arranged a car pick up from the airport for fixed charge which was a great convenince.

This is a great place too stay if you need to be in canary wharf or city as the the trasnport to city and west end is within 15 mins of direct links.
It is a harrods development so the standards are high and appropriate for what you pay.
I have no problems staying there again.
Space was comfortable, close to two transit stations, several restsurants, and shopping mall. Two separate baths (master en suite with toilette and shower and 2nd bath with roulette and bathtub/shower combo. 2 small patios. Some construction noise during day time. Owner lives in building and was very helpful on arrival.
Kay gave us excellent directions and was waiting for us outside of the building. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. The apartment was close to the tube which took us all over London, including back and forth to the airport, so we never rented a car or took a cab. The apartment was clean and exceeded our expectations. We will stay here again.
The owner was very easy to contact and had great communication. She provided good directions and a beautiful apartment it was easy to get everywhere via the Tube. Coffee on the balcony with the wonderful view was amazing We had a very enjoyable stay and hope to return.

We were in London because my husband had to attend a congress at Excel. Because it was right in the middle of the Rugby World Cup Tournament, the city was filled to capacity. On our arrival, we were informed that another family was still occupying our apartment, because of sudden illness. Kay could help us out for the first night, in another apartment and was very apologetic. The following day, we were moved into the apartment we had booked. Everything was perfect and Kay welcomed us with wine, flowers and macarons! We were promised a refund for the previous night and an additional 2 nights free on our next visit. She is very nice and accommodating and the apartment was spacious and cosy.Great location close to Jubilee line and DLR.
