Very nice bottom of Villa of standing in a splendid entirely renovated villa completely independent of the top. We privatize the pool for our Tenants and the garden.

The apartment is furnished with taste and provencal style. It has 2 sea view terraces, 1 protected from the sun or rain.

The villa is located on a beautiful sunny hill and quiet with panoramic sea and estérel.

In February the whole hill is bloomed by the mimosa forest that surrounds us.

The pool is very large 11m / 4m and its large beach pool contains beautiful sunbathing garden furniture, parasol.

This villa has a lot of charm or there is good life.

It has all the amenities to spend a beautiful holiday.

For holidaymakers a ping pong table is available as well as petanque balls.

It is located 100m from the forest or you can practice beautiful hiking, biking or jogging.

The apartment is on the ground floor and privatized pool for tenants. it has a large terrace with summer kitchen and barbecue and panoramic views of the Lerins Islands and the bay of Cannes.

The pool is very large 11m x 4m She has a very beautiful beach with plenty of sun beds and plush furniture garden;

It is really a very beautiful apartment very bright which has a huge charm and a complete equipment in the kitchen, it is very tastefully decorated with romantic style.

OUTPUT AT SEA with owners will be offered with user fees.

A lovely walk on foot from the house along with a panoramic view.

Many sports events and shows in Mandelieu.

Fantastic family holiday!

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks this summer. It was very comfortable and was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. There were 8 people in our party and there was plenty of space for us all. The views over Mandelieu were amazing and the children loved swimming in the pool. The property is in a very convenient position for lots of excursions and the owner offers sailing trips in his boat. This was one of the highlights of our stay. The hosts were always very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for both couples and families and we will certainly look to return at some point in the future.

Brilliant holiday apartment.

A nice apartment in a quiet surroundings. Lovely pool with well equipped furniture. Cozy bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Pakking space in the yard and just a short drive down the hill to the city center and bakery. The landlord is very nice and helpful. The apartment is higly recomemended.

Ein schönes Haus mit Pool. Lage, Panaroma, Pool vorallem sehr tolle Gastgeber,

wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Bootsfahrt mit Patrick ist sehr zu empfehlen, ob die Reise zu den Inseln oder einfach auf dem Meer zu schwimmen.

Alles in allem, ein Ort zum wohlfühlen, wir werden wieder kommen!

Fantastiske hus.

Absolut et fantastisk hus. Beliggenhed - udsigt - værter - pool, er value for money og bestemt et sted der kan anbefales. Huset er hyggeligt indrettet og det er nemt for en stor familie at bo i huset uden at gå hinanden på nerverne. Lidt for mange pynteting men det er også charmerende. Værten tilbyder til favorabel pris tur på vandet med sin båd og det kan varmt anbefales uanset om man er til fiskeri eller bare en tur til øerne ud for Cannes. Bestemt et sted som vi ønsker at komme til igen.
