The Tour du Pin is a traditional Provençal farmhouse, built in stone by companions of the Tour de France which gives it a unique character.

This large villa of 185 m2 for 8 people is located in a dominant position on the hills of Vence 8 minutes walk from the historic center of Vence. . The EXCLUSIVE swimming pool is on the lawn coming out of the villa. You have feet in the water! And an exceptional view, not overlooked, quiet .. The land is fenced and closed by a double gate. The property 's exposure is South - South West with sunshine all day long.

Description:

You access the Tour du Pin by a private road after one km. Behind the wooden gate with electric opening you arrive on a white gravel road or can park 3 cars, including one under shelter.

You enter the villa through a staircase hall. This home overlooks the living room, and also access to a guest toilet cabinet. A second staircase accesses 2 rooms located in the tower, as well as a bathroom WC and a roof terrace of which you can contemplate the coast on 180 ° Cagnes sea, Marina Bay of the Angels, the port of Antibes and Juan les Pins.

The living room is equipped with a fireplace and gives access to the kitchen, fully equipped (oven, gas / electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a wood oven). On the back of the kitchen you have access to a storeroom equipped with a washing machine, and an American refrigerator, a dryer. . A rear terrace in the kitchen and cellar is equipped with a barbecue.

Outside you will enjoy turf, roses, palm, lemon, orange, grapefruit, almond, fig, pine, oak, lavender, mandarin, lemon, hazel, plum, oleander, laurel sauce, rosemary, olive trees .... The pool on the lawn. Thereof is 7.8 meters by 3.80 wide and a background of 1 to 1.80 meters. Le calme et la beauté du site sont très appréciables

Superbe et merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein du mas provençal « La Tour du Pïn ».

La description qui en est faite est loin de refléter l’ambiance et la réalité du lieu. C’est mieux, il est tout simplement sublime.

De la décoration à l’environnement en passant par les équipements cet endroit est un vrai petit paradis en Provence.

Nous avons pu gouter au charme du jardin, vaste et soigné qui offre un peu à l’écart les possibilités de jouir des joies d’une piscine aux dimensions plus que généreuses.

L’habitation quant à elle permet de vivre aisément à 4 couples sans jamais se sentir à l’étroit ou penser gêner son voisin.

Les espaces communs sont très agréables. Rien ne manque pour un séjour au calme dans une région merveilleuse et riche culturellement.

Si comme nous vous optez pour ce magnifique mas, vous passerez un excellent séjour ou rien ne vous manquera.

Le propriétaire bien que discret saura vous accompagner sur vos choix de sorties et restera disponible pour toute demande.

Location a recommander sans hésitation.
