About Aaron and Kelly Catt
My spouse and I have been together 33 years. During this time we have owned a restaurant, co-founded the Moxie Java coffee houses and developed rental properties. I love traveling both in the United States and to many other countries. Travel is a passion. VRBO is a great option for lodging. Converting this long term rental into a VRBO just could lead to our converting a four unit apartment building next to our bungalow/cottage.
Aaron and Kelly Catt purchased this House in 2002
Why Aaron and Kelly Catt chose North End
This is a free standing cottage just behind a four unit apartment building which was constructed in 1938. We had a couple renting this cottage for 7 years. When they moved out I had been waiting for the opportunity to create our first VRBO property. I have stayed in VRBO rentals in the U.S. and other countries. I value this option rather than always being in hotels as do many others. We gutted this cottage and 100% remodeled it. This location was the first of seven rental buildings and is located in the perfect North End Boise neighborhood.
What makes this House unique
One can't beat the location! One block from the Boise Coop and a 7-10 minute walk to downtown, Hyde Park, and a bit further to the foot hills. The cottage is stand alone with front and back yards. Full kitchen and full bath with queen size bed. It is perfectly furnished for a small 302 square foot home best for one or two people. Washer dryer access, parking pass, coffee/tea/snacks provided and a bottle of wine for those staying three or more days.
100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
Wonderful Boise getaway
Wonderful little property. We walked downtown every night. House had all the amenities we needed.
Thank you so much for providing me and my friends with such a cute place. It was really a great location, and a peaceful place to stay.
Lovely little house close to Coop and shopping.
Very clean, cozy little house with all of the amenities.
Heater was a bit noisy but tolerable.
Loved this cute little place
We would definitely stay again. Perfect location.
Cute place, great location!
This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The walkability to restaurants and shops was perfect. The house was clean & well equipped with everything you need. The only negative would be that it is on a busy street so it was a bit noisy at times, other than that we would definitely stay here again.
Perfectly located to enjoy all of old Boise! Walk anywhere! Clean and very nice.
I came into town to catch a show at the Egyptian theater. was able to walk to the theater without the aggravation of trying to find a parking spot. Definitely, recommend.
