Recently remodeled, this spacious, warm and comfortable 2 bed / 2 bath condo is located in the Breckenridge Historic District. Steps to Main St. shops, the well-stocked Breckenridge Market, and great restaurants, as well as the Peak 9 Queen Silver 6-chair. Or jump on the FREE Blue line (bus stop is outside front entrance) to the Gondola for quick access to Peaks 6-8 and above tree line fresh tracks. Adjacent to Carter Park, enjoy easy access and the views and sounds from the private deck of families sledding in the winter and playing tennis, soccer, baseball, and volleyball in the summer. Walk or ride from the front door to nearby hiking and biking trails. Common deck area features hot tub, grills and patio seating areas. Condo is on main level (so no stairs after spending a day on the mountain). Beautiful open interior of the building offers quiet nooks for reading or taking a meeting as well as areas for social gatherings.

Store your suitcases and gear out of the way in the ample storage of this 1100 sq. ft. condo, and make yourself at home as you enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace or TV from an oversized sofa and love seat. The kitchen and dining areas are set up to easily feed a hungry crowd. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, closets, bay windows and dressers. Coin laundry machines can be found on the lower level. Unit is easily accessed on Main level (suggested for loading/unloading) and one flight of stairs up from underground parking (careful of rooftop luggage carriers, and only on car/unit, FYI!)

Great place to stay!

The condo was located very close to the slopes and all the local restaurants. We walked everyday. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome

The condo was so convenient to Breck. We walked everywhere. The kitchen was filled with everything you needed to be able to cook. We loved the fireplace. The view out off the balcony was great. We used the sleds. I snowed on Christmas day. Such an great time!
