We return deposits promptly and are available anytime to meet your needs.We have been very selective of renters so the home is always very clean,comfortable and functional. We have a local representative, also a licensed agent in the San Diego area, who will meet and greet you upon arrival and show you how everything works, walk you through the adjoining gate and give you a tour of the included Guest Resort just next door with Pool, Restaurants, Gym, Spa treatments, etc. Membership Cards included and allow for a 20% discount on food, drinks and services, Give you an overview of the area and will be available to you if needed.

Fantastic La Jolla Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in gated community in La Jolla. Location was perfect. Enjoyed the nearby access to the beach via challenging trail! Home had everything we needed and made a great vacation even better.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had the wonderful opportunity of staying here for two months. The location is fabulous and we were well taken care of by the owners. It is a small gated community across the street from UCSD and next door to the Estancia hotel. We enjoyed the amenities at the hotel and appreciated the discount at the restaurants and the spa.

The townhome itself was lovely, quiet and had open spacious feel. It was nicely furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. We highly recommend a stay at this property.
