LAS ISLETAS DE GRANADA

World tourist attraction, these islands were formed about 20.000 years ago when the Mombacho volcano erupted and blew bits of itself into Lake Nicaragua to form 365 mini islands. Although several islands still belong to Nicaraguans, more and more private owners from all over the world come to invest and enjoy this little paradise. That you take part in a boat trip departing from one of the docks or simply a romantic kayak ride. You will have the opportunity to have a good time and discover the diverse wildlife.

GRANADA

A city boasting two UNESCO Wold Heritage Sites, Granada was established in 1524 and named after its counterpart in Moorish Spain. Streets are lined with ornate Colonial-era buildings in gently faded reddish pinks and greens. The bell tower of the iconic Granada Cathedral on the central plaza offers un-obstructed 360' view of Granada. We also find several kiosks of local foods and souvenirs. La Calzada a popular street of the city, offers a vibrant nightlife with many restaurants, bars and terraces. You absolutely must taste their "Mojitos" made with the local rum "FLor de Cana"
